Worst hospital I have ever been. It is utterly poorly organized and you literally have to wait hours for everything. Even for the slightest things like measure vitals. The medical staff is rude, arrogant and treat you with hostility, they re even arguing with patients.
The hospital is very nice and clean!
My family have been 3 times inpatient treatments/surgery and few times emergency.
We met very good doctors, nurses and staffs! They are very kind and nice to us. Especially children doctors, they're very gentle and carefully. They checked very carefully before make decision for treatments. We would like to thank you to doctors, nurses/staffs in children emergency and children department! They took care my daughter very good!
The new building is have big entrance with fast food, gifts shop...in the front of this building is very nice green garden with lots of chair for staffs and patients hang out have a walk, drink, etc.for relax.

Highly functioning ER and Imaging Institute. Staff outstandingly efficient, sympathetic and helpful. Surroundings clean and pleasant. Had an extraordinarily positive experience.

They don't do MRI throw the emergency, we had to get here to find out
As our local hospital, we have now had to use Hillel Yaffe numerous times (unfortunately, 2 incidents of broken arms, thankfully birth and a minor surgery and some other outpatient things) and we have been so impressed with their staff and service. Admittedly, it's a little old and run down in parts, but their triage has been great, their administration isn't bad (that's saying a lot in this country and this industry) and all their staff have been warm, kind, well trained and incredibly hard working. We have been very grateful for this with every visit.
A great hospital and a great team. My daughter was hospitalised there for 3 days and I must say that I have no complaints at all. The hospital workers, from the doctors to the cleaning ladies were always amable and ready to help. The doctors answered all our questions making us feel they cared a lot. I have never experienced such level of service in any other hospital in Israel. Thank you very much for your great job.
