One of the only districts in the region that offers bilingual education (Spanish & Vietnamese) while also providing careful attention to the learning needs of ELL and Special Education learners so that their gifts are valued and developed as much as those of typically performing and Gifted and Talented students. The district has a dedicated board that puts community interests ahead of politics in order to serve children and teens, and HPS has a Superintendent who has street cred with teachers because she was one.

I'm disappointed in this school district that even I went to when I was younger it went totally downhill. They favor children from other countries instead of every child (maybe more grant money) I'm sick to my stomach on how late and unorganized they are. It's to be expected in regards to the special education they only have one line no direct numbers on their website. I'm assuming the head of special education Daniel or whatever his name is. Miserable and lonely no sympathy whatsoever to my situation but I'll make my judgements tomorrow when I go up there. But my rating stays at 1.
