Our History
Highline Electric Association was founded in 1945 by a group of farmers who were tired of being charged exorbitant rates for electricity. They came together with the idea of forming their own electric cooperative that would provide them with affordable and reliable electricity. Today, we continue this tradition by serving over 10,000 members in Northeast Colorado.
Our Service Area
We serve an area that covers over 4,000 square miles in Northeast Colorado. Our service area includes parts of Adams, Arapahoe, Logan, Morgan, Sedgwick and Washington counties. We are proud to be part of these communities and strive to make a positive impact on the lives of our members.
