I am a lover of Brie on a fine cracker with grapes. I came across your Highland Brie in my local store and decided to try. What a delight, beautifully creamy and pungent. I'm not a cheese expert, but this really must be high on the list of foremost Brie's available in the UK.
How good is it? Offered to my husband to try his response "If I'd wanted eat my socks I would have done so!" Perfectly wonderful. Many thanks.

Just bought their Highland Brie from Morrisons Berwick upon Tweed. It is absolutely heavenly and the best brie I've ever tasted -this having spent a lot of time in France and eaten a lot of bire from there. Don't stop making this please. I hope Morrisons keep stocking it too

Wow. I used to think heavenly cheese was either a crumbly Lancashire or a Stilton. Then whilst over the border in Scotland I came across Strathdon Blue. My fave cheese, tasty, exquisite, and worth a trip to scottieland for! Lovely!

Having just bought my first Highland Brie, I'm totally in love. I picked it up in Morrison's to try, I'm a total fanatic on brie, so wherever I go I like to try yet another make.
Well to say I'm ecstatic is an understatement, never have I tasted such a flavour as this, it's got a lovely earthyness about it, it's light creamy but with stunning bursts of what seems like heather.
I had some in macaroni cheese, also shamelessly tonight loads of crackers, well I can tell you they both went down a treat. You really must buy some and indulge you fantasies, I promise you, you won't be disappointed.

Tucked away behind a couple of units selling kitchens and fruit on the industrial estate. Easy to miss, but worth hunting for. Karol was kind enough to sell us some Brie and some Blue even though they were closed and both were incredible.
