Grade A douche bags all around. Hoping nothing but the worst for every person that works there especially the owner who claims to pay all his bills in 10 days from the mill but actually has Uncle Sam's money so it's easy to do!
Could improve customer service a bit but always upfront and honest. They have material that no one else has and many other "suppliers" are just buying it from them, marking it up, and reselling it. The pros of High Temp greatly out weight what people on this page are bring up
While I can understand all the negative reviews I can't say I agree completely. If you read the fine print, there are no surprises. The simple fact is they have some items you just won't find elsewhere so one just has to don their "big boy pants" when ordering here. What kills me is I have 2 full sheets (not cut) that I ordered in error but cannot return because I paid with AMEX but again, their quote stated as much...
I am a buyer for my company and the president of my company asked me to source material for him. I did so and called High Temp Metals
I got pricing and I wrote it down. I asked if he could confirm via email
so I can forward this to my president. He hesitated and said well you
will have to email me first then you will have to wait in line because
I am very busy. I went ahead and emailed him the next day I followed
up on my quote and he said you didn't write anything that I told you
you were suppose to write the numbers I gave you. I am very busy and don't have time for this . I guess you don't understand that. Kenny was very rude to me and I would much better no bid this inquiry than to have to deal with this company! This company is the worse company I have
ever dealt with and I have been in this industry for over 20 years! THEY ARE VERY RUDE!
Only buy from this company if absolutely necessary. They disrespected me and my supervisor. My supervisor called to complain about an email that was sent to me about threating us to cancel an order. The owner Ben hung up on my supervisor 3 times and told me he didn't have time to talk to me. The horrendous service and general company attitude is unacceptable. I am guessing this is happening constantly because I read in their reviews that their customer service is so bad that they make up false 5 star reviews. If your in need of any of their material look me up.
Here's my two cents: I have done business with High Temp for over 40 years. I know the owners. Their business model is straight forward. If you know what you're doing & honor payment terms you will get great service & a quality product.
These guys are great, they have good service and reasonably priced metal. All you have to do is have good credit and pay your bills on time otherwise you get nothing and like it, just like all the losers that posted their reviews earlier.
I had the worst experience with those 2 crooked Ed and Jhon they are really rude and playing game with people they got our money and start playing game for delivery,also they are telling us we have to wait 10 days to clear the check .
he think he is the only one doing business in this country what ever he said is BS please don't trust this crooked people
