The quality of pool management at our property in Cambridge, MA for the last 5 years has been very inconsistent, with Summer 2019 being the worst. The pool has had to close twice due to mismanagement of chemicals and lack of proper cleaning. Added to that is a lack of accountability on behalf of High Sierra to adequately train and address problems in a timely manner. I wish Equity would find another contractor. This photo is from 8-17-19. Pool likely to be closed again today after being closed all last week due to same conditions.
Called to inquire about a pool chemical, although they were not able to sell me what i was looking for, they were very helpful and provided me with references to a company that carries what i need.
I worked for Sierra last summer as a lifeguard. Had a great summer and can only recommend this pool company to every student who wants to work a summer abroad! Made a lot of new friends and could work on my english skills :-). Thanks a again for this great experience!
