We have been using these beds for over 20yrs, I miss mine when we go away. John is ever helpful and has just installed our newest one, he is really helpful and will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy with your purchase. I can't understand why everybody doesn't have one.....

The service I recieved from John at High & Dry Waterbeds was outstanding.
Last night was the first night with the new bed, I wanted to let you know
that it was the best nights sleep I have had in over 6 months.

Have used John to buy two water beds, and there continued customer service after buying has been really good. We moved from Portsmouth to Lincolnshire and John was more than helpful in getting the beds down and getting them back up for us when we were ready up in Lincolnshire. Would encourage anyone to get a bed from there and get the customer service after they have your money than any of these big stores.
Since first purchasing a waterbed from them six years ago, to having a new bed installed today, John and his team have been fantastic, offering exceptional customer service and products - nothing is too much trouble. As someone who suffers serious back problems I would recommend a waterbed to everyone, and I would recommend going to John to buy one!

but this is to thank you for your excellent customer service
we have had our beds for a few weeks now and have found
them absolutely brilliant, although I still suffer from my arthritis
pain I am sleeping much better now and because of this I am able to
cope better with my pain and it has enabled me to get out and about a
bit more.
we have just come back from holiday and we were wishing that we could
have taken our beds with us as they are so comfortable.
I wouldn't hesitate to use your company again and to recommend you to
others considering buying a bed.
