I recently booked a tour through hithisisbarcelona.com and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided a good amount of information about the various tours they offered. However, I felt that the actual tour did not live up to my expectations. The guide seemed a bit disinterested and lacked enthusiasm, which affected my overall enjoyment. Additionally, I found the price to be a bit steep for what was included in the tour. On the positive side, the tour did cover some interesting sights and the transportation provided was comfortable. Overall, while my experience with hithisisbarcelona.com was not terrible, it was not exceptional either. I would suggest they work on improving the quality of their guides and consider adjusting their prices to provide better value for customers.
