I've been working for Hi-Tec Building Services since 2017. Is it such a blessing to work in a peaceful environment for the most part. And it has been a great place to build wonderful relationships with coworkers and other staff.
Currently working part time monday through Friday with this company. My boss is great, he's timely, answers his phone. The pay is great for the job being done. The job itself is good. Cleaning with one co-worker. I've no complaints as of now. :)
I've worked here for over a year and a half and have always been treated fairly by my employers. Its been a great experience
When I first started working for this company I thought the people that I worked with was nice and cool until I started seeing the bs I guess that why hi tec can't keep anyone.
I only spoke with one employee in HR, she was generous with her time, professional as well as knowledgeable - if I were job hunting I would call back or apply : )
I was offered a job and accepted position on May 10, 2019, and was told I would be called May 13, 2019, and given direction as to where I would be going and what day I would start. I received no call so I called into Hi-Tech myself. She told me they decided not to hire me and she did not intend on calling me to tell me they rescinded my job offer from the week before. Based on previous reviews and my experience I would pass on applying for this company. Seems they have no actual concern for the people they hire. I'm a mother with kids who has been looking for a job for a bit, would be nice to know the position was taken from me and given to some one else. Work some where else and hire someone else to do your cleaning.
I was working here 3 months ago and I had to go because They always changing my schedule. I spent many days working for medical problems which I always had a note from my doctor. When I left, I don't finish my 2 weeks because of a new job opportunity which don't work. After that i spoke to my supervisor and she told me to go back for text messages which I still have and my boss said not for the days I was lost and for not finishing my 2 weeks when they know that they were blamed. This is the worst cleaning company I've never seen before and I don't recommend it to anyone. Before applying read the reviews im not the only one !! do not commit my same error of not reading please and look for something better that you can have peace in your life ! This its my review , my opinion , the way i feel about this company . ( my freedom of exprection)

I sincerely like working for Hi-Tec, and my boss is honestly the nicest boss that I've ever had, and one of the kindest people that I've ever met! Everyone in my buildings also likes their job! I have to kind of laugh at some of these one-star reviews, especially the ones complaining about the pay. You know what the pay will be during the hiring process, so why try to bad mouth them about it?! Also, remember there are 2 sides to every story, and I doubt all of these people are giving us the full story. I would recommend Hi-Tech to someone looking for this line of work!
