Took the "Around the Sound Package" from Denmark into Sweden and back. A great time.

Still not clear. Will probably get better with time. However, missing a big watch ????

Good to find the ferry which is far too expensive to use compared to eg Horten Moss

WORST customer service I have ever experienced.

A bald elderly man with glasses handled the ticket control.

At first he did not want to let me go because I had in a hurry to get the recharge receipt with me instead of the ticket which I understand, it means that I have to buy a TO ticket and with all the queues I reach the boat just when he is going to close the door but then choose not to drop me, THE SECOND BOAT IN THE ROW.

This means that I will not catch my flight if I wait for the next ferry and have to buy a 3rd ticket but over the bridge in order to catch time.

It is a great shame that an extremely incompetent and poor staff is going to cut down the entire service and experience. Will not go with you no one in the near future.

Electric ferries, good selection in duty free. Rarely any queue.

Ticket expensive, poor information, friendly staff though.

There are many Arab and private Syrian restaurants and cafes.

Fast and convenient ferries, runs like clockwork every 30 minutes. The ferries are eco friendly as they run on batteries and on board you can dine or purchase duty free items after leaving the port. Take note that the journey is only 20 minutes so there is not much time to shop.

A fast, easy and comfortable way to get from Sweden to Denmark and vice versa. Wonderful experience !!!!

It was a little to dark inside, just like a casino but no real ferry feeling. On the the plus side you can go back and forth the whole day until you're dizzy.

Nothing to complain and the fairys are all ELECTRIC...

The only criticism is the prices are high for tax free when it comes to alcohol as it is cheaper in Denmark (usually) and the food can be improved (however Corona times)
But more than sausages and some cold wrap should be able to be served

Can't even get a glass for their drink, worthless service.
