WORST customer service I have ever experienced.

A bald elderly man with glasses handled the ticket control.

At first he did not want to let me go because I had in a hurry to get the recharge receipt with me instead of the ticket which I understand, it means that I have to buy a TO ticket and with all the queues I reach the boat just when he is going to close the door but then choose not to drop me, THE SECOND BOAT IN THE ROW.

This means that I will not catch my flight if I wait for the next ferry and have to buy a 3rd ticket but over the bridge in order to catch time.

It is a great shame that an extremely incompetent and poor staff is going to cut down the entire service and experience. Will not go with you no one in the near future.
