I really do love this place. I stay here all the time when in Vegas. I love the customer service...the front desk, the valet, the market, the bar, the lifeguards, all the staff you pass in the hall, very polite, kind and helpful. I have to give it a 3 due to the cleanliness of the rooms. On my past 3 visits I have had issues. I mean simple things, dusting vents, cleaning tubs and showers...yes I am a bit over the top I wipe down all the surfaces when arriving, bit I should not find lids in the freezer, hair and dirt in the bathtub, soap in the shower, hair under the hairdryer in the drawer. And yes, this last time they credited me the upgrade charge, there is that customer service. I would rather pay the 25 dollars and have a clean room. Two of the 3 remotes did not have the little "sanitized for your protection " wrap on them. I mean I really wish I could have a chat with their head housekeeper ...but I never have the time, it's just easier for me to clean the mess, all of 10 minutes it took me, that is what is so frustrating...

I absolutely love this property. The customer service has been impeccable and convenient as well. Everyone I came across was polite and accommodating. It s literally right down the street from the strip. There s construction going on but it s due to the fact that new Hilton properties are being built. The only complaint I would have is the bathroom shower door didn t close all the way so the floor would get wet easily. Besides that none at all. I will say that the bars are pricey but that s to be expected. Also- one side of the pool was open and I think due to COVID both sides open would ve been more beneficial. I definitely would recommend this property and I most definitely will be retuning - hopefully as a Hilton gran vacation owner.

My Husband and I went to Vegas for a five day vacation. The Hilton Grand was a very clean, professional hotel w/a great staff. Cleanliness is extremely important to us especially in this pandemic time we're in. I would highly recommend my Family and friends to stay here. Thank you for a nice relaxing stay.

Go-to home-away-from-home in Vegas. Love the Marketplace on the ground floor, the bar on floor two, the gym, and the great tropical pool setting. Away from the Strip, so you can actually relax if you need a break. Kitchens in the suites allow for cooking easy meals if you feel like it, and then you can follow with a long, hot bath and totally relax. Great option away from, but convenient to the actiln.

Great place to have a family vacation. This place is at best to take care of their customers. I had all good words to say about the services offered, rooms cleanliness and ambience in general. We had to pay $13 / day for parking which was the only one I did not like considering the fact that all the casinos offer free parking. Other than this ,I will give kudos to this location

Just spent a whole week here with the family. Beautiful property. Magnificent pool with bar and grill right next to it. My 2 bedroom apartment I had on the 24th floor was beyond fantastic. My kids enjoyed everyday

Wonderful staff service from the parking lot to the inside the Hotel.Everyone was very nice.The suites where so big and comfortable, more than imagine. It has convenient stores if you need anything, The pools are great, very covid protective,everyone wearing their masks. We just really enjoyed our stay there. For our first time there we will defetnetly book more rooms their.

I spent my 10th anniversary here , stayed on the 25th floor 1st of a kind experience with awesome views, room is bit small but with small kitchenette with microwave and mini fridge, they have a marketplace in their basement where you get everything on go(even coffee from Starbucks) place is a bit away from hustle and bustle of strip area, the pool is good, self-parking behind is tad difficult at odd hours where its almost full but will get after some hopping. Place is a good stay with kids during covid-19.

This hotel is such a great place. Super clean! Very stylish. Awesome customer service. In the room, you have everything you might need and more.
