This is the worst pharmaceutical company that I have ever come across. I am Dr Rajnish Kukreja from Kukreja Hospital New Delhi. Our hospital is designated Covid Hospital. We ordered 6 injections of Inj Covifor from Hetero Healthcare and transferred an amount of Rs 22,000/- from Hospital account immediately as company said that they do not entertain order without advance. Unfortunately, the patient for whom the injections were ordered, did not get admitted. We immediately informed the Sales representative about cancelling the order.
Since then, we have been contacting him and the company daily but these people are not refunding our money on one pretext or other. If they can show such attitude towards a Hospital and Medical person, you can imagine what they may be doing to patients
