History beautifully restored. Real piece of Art, the ship is very well maintained and ran by the current owners. All the original structure is restored and proudly displayed as part of history. Definitely worth s visit if you visit Rotterdam or Amsterdam

(almost) all the fun and experience of an old-fashioned cruise across the pond without taking any risk. friendly staff, ship kept as it was 60 years ago (with some welcome modern additions like the very nice bathrooms). excellent food as well. but I wished I was there as a kid!

Would have given it five stars but they didn't make up our room and the a/c was broken. Overall though an exceptional experience. Part museum ,part hotel. Some areas were fully restored to the original 1959 decor which was fabulous. Meals were large and not too expensive. Great service all round. Rooms clean and tidy. An exceptional experience highly recommended.

One of the highlights of Rotterdam, learn about the history when you stay here, it's also a hotel, or have a meal. Especially nice when it's dark outside. A must see if you visit Rotterdam!

Have been there on the museum visit so can say nothing about the hotel. Museum tour is pretty nice (I took the full option), u can visit machine rooms and all deep down located stuff. Guides are pretty OK but if u don't speak Dutch it can be a little bit difficult. Although they have an audio guide which is pretty handy guide can tell you much more interesting stuff. Since there is a hotel there it's pretty restricted to go everywhere you want and sometimes you can get lost what you've already seen and what is still ahead. Prices for full trip are pretty high so I still doubt if it was really worth to pay for such kind of trip. Its not easy to get there by public transport although it's convenient by car with a car parking in front of entrance. Parking also quite expensive.

Very interesting historical cruise ship full of art which was commissioned upon construction in the late 1950s. Now kind of a living museum, permanently parked in Rotterdam and in use as an hotel with comfortable rooms in the former passenger huts. Various restaurants and bars now closed due to Covid but you can still book an hotel room and pickup food from the restaurant.

If you are interested in cruising and old fashioned luxury then you must not miss this. You can tour from engine room to bridge, plenty of guides on hand to help you. Restaurant available for lunch. Costs can mount up, great option for a wet day, enough to occupy virtually all day if you wish.
