Delivered rolls of paper here, super nice people, super fast unloading. Appointment for delivery at 1100am, delivered 6am, as soon as I got here.
I was unloaded night before my appointment (aptt was 10am). Overnight parking available. Nice ppl.

Easy to reach there from I-76. Exit to Tallmadge Rd or to OH-43 and turn to Tallmadge Rd. I prefer drive there from OH-43 because of tight turn from Tallmadge to Sunnybrook Rd, I have more space for turn. Paper receiving docks are located on the northern side of the building. All other docks are located on the southern side. Overnight parking is available. Very friendly staff and fast unloading. Respect!!!
The staff at Hess is amazing! The lengths that they go through to make sure you have everything set correctly and the help they are willing to give is just amazing. Very helpful crew and a very happy customer.
