Very pleased with both surgical threatment and staff hospitality.

When I call the HMC for privet Orthopedist consultation, I've got the price 750 NIS, But as soon as they new that it for tourist the price become 500$.
In other words they try to rob tourists

I was able to set an appointment the same day! The staff was kind and helpful.

I just had a shoulder operation there. The place feels like a hotel, the staff was professional and the operation room felt very friendly. This is the second time in one week that Varda from Medical Center is calling to check how I feel and advise regarding pain reduction. I highly recommend this place as a place for medical procedures

A very disappointing experience!! We came here for a tonsillectomy for our five year old. We chose to go for a private hospital thinking we would be treated with patience, respect and high standards and obviously paid accordingly. Eventually we found ourselves after surgery in a crowded room, with crying all around, for hours. When asked why we aren't being transferred to a more suitable room as planned - they told us they are sorry but bacame unexpectedly too crowded and had no available rooms... A place like this should have full control over how crowded it gets so each patient can get the right treatment according to the high standards they take pride in. No solutions, no compansation for the bad experience. Now they are telling us we are going to spend the night in this same crowded room, with no option to turn off the lights, get any rest.
