One of the cleanest facilities I've hauled a bulk load to and the cleanest bathrooms as well extremely polite and saftey minded employees.
Don't come to this place, No overnight parking and easily 3 to 4 hours for unloading.
Great place. Just DO NOT come before 7 am gates are locked n they will not open them till exactly 7 am
Loading guys are very slow, i checkin 10.30am and right way i backed up on dock. There is no rush but i check out 1:30pm
No overnight parking ,no restroom, first come first serve no need appointment receiving start 7.30am
NO OVERNIGHT PARKING. There is truckstops at exit 10 and 15 on I-59. Check in thru gate C then they will give you a door. Got Loaded quickly checked in at 7:30 am out the gate by 9:30. An hour of that was waiting on an open dock. Pretty good place to load.
One of the Best places I ever loaded. Their load crews are top notch. The only problem I ever had was finding a place to drop a trailer.
I couldn't say a bad thing about this staff if I tried. The folks at Heritage Plastics are a class act!
Big and messy place. Came for to pick up a load. Shipping office is not organized. A mess with numbers. People at loading dock are unfriendly. No one was in a line in front of me. Finally wasted too much time. No one cares that you are on a clock with freaking Eloctronic Logbook!
