I drive 70 miles to be seen by Dr Clark and the rest of the crew. They are friendly, professional, and they make me feel that I m in good hands. Sorry I can t say the same for a dentist I tried in Kellogg. The opposite total opposite happened there. Too bad because he s only 3 miles away. Customer service is number one at heritage Health in CDL.
I was in the Dental part of Heritage Health today and would be happy to give a review. I don't remember any names except the Dentist, Dr. Russell She was very nice as were her Dental Assistants. I was pretty uncomfortable but know they were doing their best. I was very grateful that even though I was scheduled for a Crown Seat on #31 because that crown had not arrived yet Dr. Russell and her team were willing to do a Crown Prep on #3 which I needed. I appreciated that they were able to do something that was needed so both sides were productive.

Dr. Clark, Connie, Brenda and the receptionists there are all amazing. Everyone we ve worked with is great. They were all very helpful and reassuring with any concerns. One of our kids is actually deciding to go into the dental field because of them! Highly recommend, Thank you!
I love the office staff. They are very helpful! The dentist (Clark) and her assistant are extremely good at what they do to assure a good relaxed visit.
I love the way the assistant shares her moves of what she is doing and going to do while in the chair. No sudden surprises! Works for me!!!

I woke up Friday with the worst tooth pain of my life. I was crying for three days. On Tuesday I woke up with a baseball sized lump on my jaw. It was pretty scary. I was referred here on Thursday. I went in and they had me come in at 3. By 330 I was totally numbed and by 345 they had my bad tooth out. The swelling went down almost immediately and I finally had my first full night of sleep. I have the worst teeth which is super embarrassing. They were gentle while numbing me and this was the most painless tooth removal I've ever experienced. Thank you so much to the staff and dentist yesterday. I honestly can't believe how much better I feel and how welcoming you guys made me feel. It meant the world!!!
I highly recommend this dental clinic. Everyone is very friendly, patient, informative, helpful, and professional. I have switched my son over to this clinic because of this and because I am dissatisfied with his previous dental clinic.
Finding a good dr at this place is like finding a basketball sized diamond in your backyard. There are is a lot of drs there that only refer you out to a specialist I wanted my toe nail removed and she could not do that. The one time they did remove the toe nail it took two appointments to do it. It s a toe nail why does a dr need to see me twice to remove my toe nail. They don t they just want to bill insurance a extra visit. Then they called me for my physical she asked me two questions listened to my heart and was done then called one week later wanting me to schedule appointment to go over my results I asked the results are not included with the physical? She said I can give you them over the phone she said everything looked good. I almost scheduled and went in there for everything looks good. Trust me since they switched from derney clinic to heritage health it s been very down hill. Go anywhere else urgent care is better
My nonverbal, wheelchair bound son was seen by Dr Russell for the second time and we really are favorably impressed with her caring and professional care. She's gentle and thorough in explaining the treatment plan for my son; her assistant also was very helpful. I would highly recommend them!
My daughters first fillings and Dr Russell was amazing with her! Her and her dental assistant made my daughter feel comfortable and accomplished. Very glad this is her dentist!
LIFE SAVER! They were there for me in an emergency. I do not know what I would have done without them. They were prompt, caring and accommodating. The assistant showed genuine concern and the dentist was thorough and gentle. It was over in no time with little discomfort. Amazing people and program. Thank you!
