Very well maintained and a very clean display of all of the accomplishments of HINDUSTAN AERONAUTICS LIMITED over the years. Hall 1 has a very detailed timeline of all the accomplishments and visits my notable personalities where Hall 2 has a simulator and in door display of aircrafts and parts.

It is a great spot for a tour with family or a sightseeing place for outstation guests to take to. Excellent for kids to learn and spend quality time.

Lots of installations and takes one to two hour to leisurely visit around with games n shows
Museum is amazing which gives an amazing and proud insight of what HAL was and makes everyone get Goosebumps upon seeing the achievements, we had and how proud we were in front of the whole world.
but rest of it, its such a horrible experience starting from reception staff at the ticket counter as he was not at all friendly or welcoming. Adding to that, during the visit at the museum, happened to go to the cafeteria, which welcomed with a board of all luxurious, Latte, mocha, cafe, hot chocolate, tea etc.. but that was existent only in the boards and they dint even had a bottle of water, but just some samosas. Apparently, if you bring in some food or drinkables from outside, you will be alright. Absolutely gutted that such an iconic achievements and establishment is getting rotten out now, with the current poor management.
This place is only for aviation lovers. All aircraft are dummy model, only airframe is available in this museum.
All aviation and aerospace enthusiastic people want to see all basic things like cockpit, dashboard and interior of the helicopter.
If I talk about the simulator, they charged 100 Rs for fighter and you can't use the throttle control, you have to control the flight at one speed and the simulator hasn't 360-degree rotation.
