My recent car purchase from Heritage Cadillac, Inc. was not satisfactory. The staff was not friendly or helpful, and I felt that my needs were not taken seriously. The buying process was confusing and disorganized, and I did not receive clear information. The quality of the vehicles was below average, and I experienced numerous problems shortly after my purchase. I would not recommend Heritage Cadillac, Inc. to anyone in search of a new or used car.
