People are really pleasant to work with, and the professionalism is there...all day.

This is a soulless company that doesn't care about its workers while taking out its production. The packing house workers one day made us stay from 7 am to 1 am the next day, that was only two years ago. I don't know what it is like now, but it would be the last place to work.

They were more patient and understanding than I expected -with my truck unable to move for maybe an hour (I was holding them up). My only issue, I had to hunt for their shipping/receiving... Look behind the dumpsters and trailers.
The two beautiful ladies, one at the guard shack and the other in shipping were are so kind. Felt better about the last two days issues after being in their presence and all they did was gave me No attitude... This trucker's very emotional -highway syndrome...

I picked up at the Portland ROAD Plant in Lake Odessa, MI. Pulled in there late Sunday afternoon and a nice man woke me up Monday morning at 7:30 AM. and immediately put me in a dock. Set temperature to 34 degrees for egg loads. Very clean facility and nice people. NEED 2 LOAD LOCKS TO GET LOADED.

Unusual, but, much, appreciated very, friendly, helpful, staff/customer. Like picking up loads here. Spring, summer, fall the outside smell is bearable!----((unlike some, poultry farms that I would not even, give one star; because the place wreaks, so bad, of dead animal. You get an instant gag reflex the minute you step out of your vehicle))

it's the worst place to work..I work the third shift and nobody speaks english.I do not understand any supervisor, They all speak Chinese or I don't know what language...supervisors have no idea what they're doing.this place needs people who speak english and explain the work...it's the worst place to work..no one keeps their distance in this pandemic.one of the supervisors forced us to drink from the same glass.I refused to drink from the same glass..
