We were dreading car shopping, but we met Nick in the lot. He was easy going, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. When it came time to talk money, he was honest and very informative. Nick was a pleasure to work with, and we look forward to continued excellence in service from him and Hennessy in the future.

Visited on a Tuesday and Thursday. Quiet showroom...

Visited on a Tuesday and Thursday. Quiet showroom, not busy. Wear nonslip shoes inside. The floors are slippery, maybe granite. My salesman wore sneakers and was a power walker! Thanks to Zumba 3x/wk, i kept up. He and the front desk woman were friendly, of course. However, several salesmen walked by without ever making eye contact or greeting. The 4 stars is for my salesman, the snacks, and the bottles of spring water.

Great cars, Great sales staff, great customer service! Nick was outstanding and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the sales process. Brad Zeller was great, and we couldn't be happier with our purchase. 10/10, we will definitely be back when it is time purchase our next Lexus.

My experience with Mr. Chong Yi was past my expectations! He was sincere and truly wanted to help us with all our questions and concerns. He went above and beyond in getting us the car we wanted. I recommend coming in to see him if you want a dedicated salesman who has your best interests in mind!

Everyone at the dealership are extremely friendly and responsive to any request. I do not like the new car buying process, but the salesperson I dealt with made my experience enjoyable. I never felt pressured and in the end the price I paid for my new RX350 was fair for both parties. In comparison to the other dealerships (both Lexus and other auto dealerships) Hennessy was superior in customer service and making me feel like a valued customer. I would highly recommend Hennessy to anyone interested in purchasing a new car.

I just purchased a 2015 certified RX 350 from Nick Despo and I have never had a better car buying experience! Nick was friendly and knowledgeable without being pushy or pressuring me. He went out of his way to show my husband and I all the cool features of the car and scheduled touch-up paint and upholstery for the same week (for minor nicks) at no charge. The RX 350 was emaculate and priced well below others in the area and they gave me more than I anticipated on my Pathfinder when I traded it in. Nick wanted to make sure that we were completely satisfied and that the car was pristine. He followed up with up to make sure that everything went well while we were at the dealership. The starbucks coffee and the hospitality will make you feel like a rockstar!

Parts Department is horrible. Was told to pay before i get the parts delivered to the shop. He transfers me to somone that doesnt answer then i call back and the guy answeres then hangs up. We are paying $230 per shock we need them asap can you help instead of making everything complicated?

Got engine oil change service this morning. Not friendly staff, 2 hour wait just for oil change, and worst of all someone drove my car about 3 miles. My car smelled cigarettes, all mirrors were set different from my setting, and my dash camera were resetted.

Found the Lexus I wanted at Hennessy Lexus Gwinnett. Expected the usual hassle and headaches of buying a car. Got just the opposite! Their salesman Nick Despo really impressed with his product knowledge and a personality that made the purchase a breeze. Highly recommend both Nick and the dealership.

I was there for my car stero system and they charge me 419.23 but they still cannot fix it they service person told me the wire was cut down and they cannot fix it and today I went to the stero system person he said the not even open it or seen it what's wrong with it and even open it or try to fix it and told I got the the call and they said 2 speakers and the label is 438.50 for 2 speakers even the speaker was working fine the problem was it was not hooked right and even I ask the dealership it's cover by the Lexus he said not lexus give u only 50 thousand miles warranty what I never hear from any other cheap car dealers so I won't do to this place they try to ripped off

In August 2017 I brought my Lexus rx 330 to Hennessey Lexus of Gwinnett. I needed my cracked dashboard replaced through the recall. A service consultant by the name of Michael Pendleton handled my recall. 4 months later I checked with him. They said that my dashboard is on the way. Now it's been 9 months. I checked again, and there is no info regarding the order! All they have is my phone number. Mike no longer works there. I even had pictures of my car taken, but none of that is on my record. I was told that the recall had expired, and I told them I had applied for it long ago. I can't believe it! I did everything I was supposed to do but there's no sign of my dashboard coming. Now I'm told I will receive a call. We'll see.

I purchased a 2017 Lexus RX 350 on Black Friday and I am very happy with my experience and my vehicle. Dave O'Connor was a wonderful salesman! I truly felt like he had my best interests at heart. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. I also had the pleasure of working with Sean Kim and Dani (tech). All of the gentlemen were very professional and friendly. I definitely plan to return to Hennessy Lexus for my next vehicle and will refer anyone interested in a Lexus.

After researching every possible site for information on new cars, I ultimately began dreaming of new NX. Since I live in Cobb Co. I went to a closer Lexus dealership for a test drive but wasn't enamored by my experience there. Thankfully, I was referred to Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett and set up a test drive with Brian G. I am SO glad that I made the trip out of my "bubble!" Not only was my-soon-to-be car waiting for me in the showroom, but the entire process was great. There was absolutely no pressure and the financing was about as straightforward as you could hope for. I drove out that evening in my new NX and Brian even brought my old car back to my house for me. Talk about service! Car buying can easily become one of the most frustrating and stressful purchases but I am thrilled with my experience and am confident that I got a wonderful deal!

I was scheduled service appointment with my Lexus convertible. I made it two weeks in advance based upon a part they previously told me I require. When I arrived, they told me the part wasn't ordered! I drove from DeKalb County with traffic which is about a forty minute drive. This is totally unacceptable. I rescheduled the service. The individual promises he will "take care of me" for my trouble, but we'll see.

I recently had the pleasure of going to Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett and had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Joe Cha. I was looking for a car last month and I had purchased it through Joe. I had made a request online and he called me within 5 minutes. He made sure I was involved in every aspect of the sales process and answered all of my questions. He even highlighted everything on the paperwork so we did not miss anything. I still call him everynow and then and he still picks up my phone call and answers all of my questions even after the sale. I highly recommend Joe Cha at Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett! I needed help with something that was very important with my car. I went in, the person at the front desk paged a couple of people but they were all busy. She gave me a number to call to ask for (Danie). I called and left a message but never received a call back. Also, the front desk receptionist was rude. I ll just drive to the Smyrna location.

I brought my vehicle to Hennessey Lexus of Gwinnett today for a routine oil change and tire rotation. Immediately after leaving and going to my next stop which was about 2 miles away, I noticed when I put my vehicle in reverse to proceed with leaving that parking lot I noticed a sound I had never heard before, because of the heavy rain, my first thought was maybe I DIDN'T hear a grinding sound however after making multiple stops before coming home I would still hear this grinding noise when I reversed and turned my wheels to the left. I pulled in my driveway and decided to reverse the wheels again to ride in my subdivision just to confirm this new upsetting grinding noise. I am extremely upset and disappointed with this noise after my simple oil change and tire rotation. When Julia came out to say my vehicle was ready, she mentioned a need for front driver's side wheel service may need to be addressed (BUT AGAIN this grinding sound did not occur until after I left from a routine oil change and tire rotation). I will make contact with the manager of the service department first thing in the morning to discuss this issue/concern that was NOT grinding prior to service today.
I've been to this location multiple times with my old RX and never had an issue such as this. My expectations were to receive my vehicle back in the same condition I brought it in and this is not the case, at all.

It s about time to do the service. I called around 12:30 to see if I can go this afternoon, the lady told me that they ll close at 3:30. If I can go there before 3pm, they can do it. I arrived around 2:15, and they said it s too late. They want me to go back next Monday. Waste my weekend afternoon. And very disappointed

Hennessy Lexus of Gwinnett is hands down the best Lexus dealership in ATL. Top notch customer services in both Sales & Service Departments.
Beautiful facility and awesome staff members.
I bought and leased 3 Lexus vehicles here and I can confidently say that they are the ones who make me want to stay with the Lexus.

Do not purchase extended warranty when you purchas...

Do not purchase extended warranty when you purchase a certified or brand new car unless it is unlimited miles, even though it is unlimited miles warranty, dealership gives you hard time to process warranty claims. You can always add warranty at a cheaper rate after your factory warranty runs out, because extended warranty proration does not start day one with factory warranty. I had an issue With check engine light but I had to go back the second time for them to fix it. They gave me BS reason, code was reset, when check engine light code are registered. Also they charge $160 for a diagnostic fee. Even though you report the problem under warranty, they purposely wait until warranty expires and pay full price.

The culture at Hennessey Lexus Gwinnett is great. Everyone is helpful and not pushy. The first time we went in, we met Nick and were very impressed. He was very friendly and engaging. We told him we had never driven a Lexus before, and he introduced us to the brand. He answered all our questions and took us on a couple of test drives, new and certified. He never pressured us to buy and was so patient as we took test rides with him on 3 occasions before we found the perfect car for us, considering interior, exterior and features. The purchase process was very easy and quick. Hennessey Lexus Gwinnett has nice certified cars, they recondition them like new. I highly recommend Nick, Lexus and Hennessey Gwinnett!

Sat there for an hour before cj came by and asked if anyone was helping me. I said i thought someone was but i guess not. That was my first time there for service.

Attentive service representative, quick and through evaluation of our car, and competent repairs and maintenance without padding the bill. Also, a very nice, well appointed waiting area if you should ever have to wait. So far, in all the years we have used Hennessey, we've never had to wait.

I bought a pre-owned car there last week on behalf of my church. We are giving the car away to a formerly homeless man who has been working for the past two years but still does not have the resources to purchase a vehicle. We provided Internet Sales Manager Nick Despo our budget and he found the perfect vehicle for us, providing outstanding service along the way. When we left the dealership with the keys to the car we purchased, Nick hugged us and thanked us for what we are doing to help others in our community. Hard to beat that. Very relaxed afternoon with our GREAT salesperson, COLIN BARKER, who answered every question and let us take it out on 1-85 to go fast, so we could see how it feels, how it sounds, and how it handles. Julia has always done everything she can to make my experiences at Hennessy good ones. (Great ones, really) The last time I had a loaner car from Hennessy, I had to extend a bit of a complaint to the car manager about the interior glass. I did not have a loaner from Hennessy this visit due to no cars being available. This was a very unusual event at the dealership and it truly does not matter to me as long as I have transportation to and from the dealership. I cannot tell if the glass issue on the loaner cars had been addressed. I would say that I have no complaints about the service department at Hennessy. A great group of "team players."

Best Dealership service center I have experienced....

Best Dealership service center I have experienced. I have been using Hennessy for over four years now, and every time I use them their performance is stellar from communication to finishing ahead of schedule. This visit was for a recall repair, the Lexus help center connected me with Austin at Hennessy and he verified my car was affected, ordered the parts, confirmed with me they were in, and managed to schedule the repair on a day I was in Gwinnett (I now live almost 100 miles away). The check-in was smooth and efficient and they even offered me a car to use for the day. The waiting room is large and comfortable, has extensive snacks and beverages. The car was returned ahead of schedule, vacuumed, washed and full of gas!!! Thank you for putting together such a stellar operation together.
