This was my first experience with a Lexus dealership, and I was very disappointed. I had stopped by late on a Saturday to schedule an appointment for the following Tuesday. When I described the issue, he didn't know what it was and made the appointment. Come Tuesday, I arrive and talk to different service representative who tells me that my issue is normal for my car. Why didn't the first guy tell me that and save me a trip out there?? So representative offers me an inspection, and I accept. My car sat in the entrance queue for 45 minutes, running, before it was driven off. Not to the garage, but to the side of the dealership. An hour after I arrived, I leave with no paperwork saying what was done. Apparently, their "inspection" didn't discover that the car's computer needed to be updated, a free service as I understand. When I went to get in the car, they had left all the protection stuff in the car. (Seat cover, floor paper).
In addition, I wanted to get the Lexus phone app activated but the "technology tech" wasn't in until later in the day. They promised he would call me first thing when he got in at noon, which he did.- the only good part of this story. But, he says I can't use the app unless I enroll in Enform, which costs $8/mo for the option I wanted, if you look on Lexus website, but costs $16/mo if you check the app. ??? Couldn't the first representative have told me that as well?
And don't get me started on why I have to pay a monthly charge to access a feature on my PURCHASED car. I guess I'm lucky I don't have to pay a monthly fee for air conditioning.
All in all, I wish I kept my Acura.
Horrible customer service. Rude for no reason when I merely ask a question I'm confused about especially for a non- english speaker. It's as if they're discriminating.
I saw an add for a brand new Jag at a stupid price and suggested we take a test drive. My wife was interested and decided to drive her hardly driven Elantra to the dealership. We were taken to the car and told that although it had 11k miles, it had never been titled. Ok. They were taking 25% off the original price so let s go for a ride. It was to be my wife s car so she drove. She liked it and offered the dealer a fair price. In cash. They balked. They looked at the car she drove up in started judging. She was willing to deal, but they thought they were dealing with someone that was out of their league. They kept asking if she was taking a loan for her offer and dug in their heals. They kept saying the powers to be were not available . Sad. Don t open the doors if you can t negotiate.
Vince & Bill are some of the best people here. They sold me an accord at a fair price and they were straight forward. They made the buying experience pleasant and easy! Love this place!
Phenomenal Service and staff. They serviced my SRX and fixed a tire leak for FREE. Very honest and straightforward.
I liked our salespersonson. He was very accommodating and knowledgeable. He also was the only one that approached my husband and I. If you go, ask for Michael L.
Service center is top notch. Sales people knowledgeable. Good choice for sales and service.
Horrible customer service at Hennessy Cadillac the sales person Matthew Thorpe I worked with told me via text message that he would hold the vehicle I was looking at while my credit app was being processed. They ran my credit multiple times without my permission (i agreed to one credit pull) and then sold the car all before communicating to me my approval. One of the finance managers Katy Franks, hung up on me because she didn't do her job. The multiple times that I called in for updates she would always say the short staffing is the reason for the lack of communication.
Im not upset about them selling the car, it's the disrespect and lack of professionalism.
I reached out the the general manager Josh Jones to speak to him about what occurred but he never returned my call.
