Certain high-pressure sales tactics were used trying to sell me an unnecessary extra warranty for the vehicle. Don t assume that the dealership has your best interests at heart.

The actual saleswoman was highly trustworthy, so one star added for that.

Excellent customer service. Want to get your next vehicle,look for Cynthia to help you out and tell her I sent you eh. Got our new vehicle at an extremely affordable price plus way more honest about pricing etc than any other dealerships. Way to go Toyota Heninger!

Amazing dealership. Best in the city! Straight forward on the prices, don't haggle you around like some other places in the region and they don t waste your time.
I personally dealt with Monique and she was amazing. An awesome person very knowledgeable in what she does and cares for her clients. She helped me find everything I needed. The dealer and staffs are professional and friendly! They explained the differences of functions and mounted devices of the car by model and grade in great detail to clearly understand what model I needed. I got my Toyota Rav4 XLE today and am satisfied a lot!. I would recommend this dealership.

Excellent service. Just bought my new Sienna yesterday, they offered me a good deal other than any other showrooms in Calgary and Edmonton.(you wouldn t believe). Who doesn t like to save $1500-$5500. When you shop around, make sure you see them.The way they treat customer is fantastic. They need more business, not more money like other dealerships. I picked up my brand new Tacoma today, my experience with Heninger Toyota was amazing. Anna was extremely helpful during the vehicle selection process, she is very knowledgeable and made it crystal clear what I was getting for my money. She was patient with me throughout the process which made feel like I could take my time and make the best decision for me. Jared helped me with my financing, and again made the experience easy and fun. He also helped me pick out the proper vehicle protection packages to fit my needs. Overall the experience was great, and I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
