The folks here are always helpful and communicative. Erin takes great care of me! Most recently, the technician sent a video showing and explaining exactly what needed work and why. Couldn t be happier here!

AMAZING experience!! We purchased a car last year with Alex and today with Pedro. We live in Orangeburg, SC which is 2 hours away but we love the service at this location so had to come back here to purchase our new car. Pedro is very nice and helpful and fully of energy. He made a very friendly relationship with us as soon as we came in. And he did an excellent job helping us find the car we were looking for. Will definitely recommend and come back here in the future.

Always a really great experience here. I bought my RX350 here and they were really great. Let me test drive almost half a dozen cars, catered to every request, and got the sale closed the same day with no fuss and no delays. Have been bringing it back for maintenance and worked with Ricky last time, who went above and beyond to take care of me. The dealership covered the cost for a minor cosmetic detail that had been missing on the car when I got it, which I wasn t even expecting since I hadn t noticed it at the time and it wasn t discussed. Ricky also found another minor issue that I hadn t even noticed and got it taken care of for me - absolutely amazing. He s super efficient and goes above and beyond in order to take care of his customers. The video they send when checking the car is also pretty neat, when they say something like your brakes are at XXmm and need replacing , they actually show you the measurement so you aren t worried about them trying to rip you off on maintenance. They also let you request a loaner when you schedule the appointment so there are no issues with availability when you come in.

I do have some minor complaints though - the waiting room is always freezing cold, and the loaner selection is a bit lacking. The second is understandable as they have pretty much no inventory whatsoever right now, but I feel a bit cramped in a NX when I m used to my RX.

They have definitely earned my loyalty though, and when I decide to buy another car this is where I m going. Hendrick in general has been a great experience, I worked with Hendrick Chevy also and they were also amazing.

Pedro and Erin were great. Pedro was very polite and friendly. He answered all my questioned and he was very knowledgeable. I highly recommend working with him. Erin was very sweet and caring . She went above And beyond to make sure I got the car and all I needed. If it was not for these two I probably wouldn't be a Lexus owner.

This is our second service appointment (10,000-mile checkup) on our car. Once again, we are extremely pleased with the service provided. Erin is absolutely "AWESOME"! Just the Best of the Best, that's Erin......

From start to finish all went well. There's no long waiting, confusion or any issue that they are not able to resolve. The coordination between staff is evident. They are very professional. They're polite, conscientious and eager to assist. You're not rushed in and out, as if they don't have time for you.

It's been our pleasure to have our car serviced at this location. Thanks everyone, especially Erin.

I went there for my 12 month/10,000 mile service on my 2021 Lexus ES300h sedan. I also needed to replace a tire and have the rim/wheel repaired due to a curb rash incident. The tire had to be replaced because rubber was gouged out of the sidewall. They were able to get the rim/wheel repaired to look like new for $116. A new rim/wheel would have cost $800. I was very placed about the repair and the cost savings. I was given a loaner car. Mike Underwood and his associates did a terrific job. I would highly recommend the people in the Hendrick Lexus Service Dept. I used them for my previous Lexus also.

As the owner of two Lexus vehicles, I can attest to the superb customer service I receive at Hendrick. I have a personal number to my service professional, and never have a problem getting through to him. Appointments are plentiful, and whether I get a loaner or stay at the dealership, the staff is always extremely helpful and accommodating. I m really excited for electric vehicle options in the future, and I can easily see myself being a lifelong customer at Hendrick Lexus.

Clayton King made me feel super comfortable immediately upon my arrival to the service department. I received excellent customer service with periodic check-ins to inform me of the status of my vehicle. I was even able to work comfortably in a cubicle while enjoying a refreshing cup of coffee! I have been traveling so needed a check up for 50K miles. The professional touch at this dealership was excellent with truly genuine people who happen to have great skills.
I purchased carbon Charleston South Carolina, so only time had car serviced at another dealership.

I think the principal owner and founder Mr Hendrick is a talented servant leader that has established a company with tremendous core values of integrity with customers that permeates a winning culture.

The values remind me of Coca Cola Bottling company in Charlotte under leadership of Mr Harrison. Great dealership. I would always go back to them knowing my car is well serviced with honesty and seasoned veterans
