Our recent experience with BMW of Henderson involved the early termination of a lease on a '17 BMW X-3 SAV and our entering into a new lease on a new '19 BMW X2 M35i. Their Sales, Service, Management and Financing personnel were ALL very friendly, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. Most importantly, at no time were we uncomfortable with how we were being treated. Having just recently moved to Henderson this dealership was the natural place for us to go regarding both our cars and we look forward to the new relationship we are forming.

The idea of buying/leasing a new car is an excitin...

The idea of buying/leasing a new car is an exciting idea, but the actual purchasing/leasing of a new car is not my idea of a fun time. The details of settling the price and the type of automobile that best suits ones needs takes a lot of energy.
With that introduction, I must say, we were guided through our car deal transition with ease and direction by our very helpful and patient salesperson Kwasi Agyemangy. Kwasi did not pressure or hurry us along in our decisions. I would highly recommend Kwasi Agyemangy if you are gearing up to purchase any BMW from the Henderson BMW dealership.
In addition, the finance manage, Al Smith has a very gentle approach to the nitty-gritty of all the finance details. Mr. Smith also has the knack of making a large purchase item not sting as hard.
Lastly, Aaron Baca gave understandable, detailed instruction to my new rocket-ship.
I applaud the three mentioned gentleman at the Henderson BMW dealership for their professionalism and kindness.
P.S. I'm still pinching myself as I am driving around a pretty cool computer on wheels, and, to boot, it orange!

I went in to look at a few cars all in the same price range, and Chelsea helped me pick out the right one. I never felt pressured to go above my budget, and Chelsea and her team worked with me and answered all of the questions I had. My car buying experience was all that I could imagine and more! Chelsea made my experience incredible for my family and I. Thank you to everyone at BMW of Henderson!

Do not take your vehicle here for service. I only use them for repairs that are covered by the warranty. They pad the cost if you are paying out of pocket. They keep your car for many days; I ve been waiting for a week, this time, for parts to get here from California. The US post office only takes 2 days. Every time I ve had a warrantied covered repair done, they have found at least 2 other problems that needed to be fixed and every time I ve had a repair done, the check engine light comes back on before I have driven even 150 miles after getting the car back. Coincidence??? I m just saying.

I started with a web inquiry and was connected with Kwasi Agyemang and have to say that his follow-up and diligence was spot-on. Just what car buying should be. Rounding it out with zero BS from the finance manager, it was easily one of my best experiences with a dealership. Period. I highly recommend not only the BMW brand, but also this dealership when considering a purchase.

Justin from BMW was very professional and helpful. One of very few of the best sales people I have ever worked with. This dealership gave me a fair trade for my vehicle and did not "play" around or try to minipulate. Mr.Cox was also very outstanding and hospitable. Thank you BMW of Henderson.

PLEASE READ. If there was a way to rate zero stars I would. I don t leave reviews but feel obligated to protect others if possible. J.S. from finance was very dishonest at the closing. The management would not uphold the words of their employee. Don t be taken for a ride like I was. Don t trust them and get everything in writing. They are slick to sell the car and then treat you like garbage as soon as you walk out the door.

The customer service was very helpful and communicative. They had found some extra problems wrong with the car and contacted me to make sure it was ok to proceed. Before I signed anything all the maintenance was counseled and confirmed before moving on with the maintenance. Everything was a good experience and enjoyable as possible.

BMW of Henderson needs improve their standards reg...

BMW of Henderson needs improve their standards regarding customer service. The people are nice, but something always seems to go wrong when we bring our car in for service. This time, the part that was ordered was not the part that arrived in the box and of course the initial part didn't come in until 5 p.m. on Friday, and there aren't enough mechancis (I'm told) to fix the issue our car had, on a Saturday, so we had to wait until Monday, but then the wrong part came in. What should have been a one day job turned into our car being there for 4 days. Very frustrating. Also, when I went to pick the car up, the alert light for the tire pressure was on red. So I had to waste about a half an hour to forty five minutes of my time while the team figured out how to turn the light off. Whoever is responsible for checking to insure that everything is done and the car is actually ready to go BEFORE the customer is called to come down and pick up the car, did not do their job. Also, the young man that came to pick me up to come get my car was very nice, he was VERY distracted while driving, constantly checking his phone. This is a very dangerous practice and should be discouraged, especially while driving customers to and from the dealership. In spite of the issues, everyone is always very nice. Thank you

After leaving chapman across the street I was FURI...

After leaving chapman across the street I was FURIOUS at how I was treated. I went to BMW to see if my new key arrived yet, and while I was there I knew of 3 vehicles I had interest in. I basically asked them a bottom line price in writing before I even bothered to deal with them, and its simple.
If the car is $15000...thats what you pay...nothing more nothing less other than sales tax, doc fee, title and smog. you sign on that deal, then when it goes to finance they will try to sell you warranty, gap etc. thats really the only pushy part to them is the add ons...however you already have a locked in price, so no headaches. They got me an interest rate 5% lower than chapman, after quoting me a higher amount which I expected already. There was one small leak found upon inspection, which somehow did not get spotted during its certification and they TOOK CARE OF IT NO QUESTIONS ASKED THE NEXT DAY!
They were not pushy overall, but then again I walked in with a purpose and didnt need a salesman so to say. I basically said I want this make it happen. but even then there was nothing for them to scam, no muss no fuss and I would not hesistate to go back for another car when that time comes. On a side note, I have been dealing with this place for parts only for many years and have always been satisifed with that department. Its been a great experience at this dealer, in all aspect. They are reliable with the shuttle, the service drive, the sales process, and financing was even no problems and much more responsive than chapman was. IF YOU ARE CONSIDERING CHAPMAN, GO ACROSS THE STREET FIRST, YOU WILL BE TAKEN CARE OF WITH MUCH MORE RESPECT!!! 5 stars, coming from someone that doesnt write very many reviews, and absolutely puts car sales persons/dealers a step above crooks in society.
Also, they are part of the autonation group, and they can get any car in las vegas thats part of autonation at no charge. so if bmw doesnt have a car you want, let them know what you want and they will bring it to you...but to deal with these folks at this dealer is worth having them go play fetch for what you want. I absolutely love how they deal with customers here.

My car finally hits the 100,000 mile mark and the service light turns on. I schedule an appointment and drop off my car. Roberto calls me and says the car is ready for pick up and everything is good. Once I start the car, the chime sounds and the exterior light failure symbol lights up. I look on my service invoice diagnostics and there is no mention of any exterior light failure. How do you miss all these warnings? I can't believe BMW would service a car, then release it back to the customer with exterior lighting failure. I guess customer safety is not a concern.

We leased our vehicle at BMW Henderson and had a wonderful experience. Upon our arrival, everyone was super nice. Our Sales Person Leland Marquez was awesome and we are very happy. I cannot express how EXCEPTIONAL the Customer Service is with BMW. They go above and beyond. Super happy with the experience and if you need a great Sales Person to call reach out to contact Leland Marquez he is very knowledgeable and great help! I'd like to mention I had my first visit to the Service Department and the EXCEPTIONAL Customer Service continued-- MARCO in the "Service Department" was awesome! After leaving the Service Department that day, I said to myself, "Now that was Customer Service" BMW is in a league of their own-- "Exceptional Customer Service & A Quality Product" ! Once you take a test drive and experience the Customer Service you won't want anything else!

Had a really awesome experience with BMW of Henderson, twice now. First for my leased X5 and now for my purchase of the X7 M50i. Firstly, I highly recommend asking for Yoshwa if you ever shop there. He is a really down to earth dude, and awesome to work with. Randy helped me wrap up any outstanding issues with my latest purchase. Highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a BMW.

BMW is definitely a great experience to drive and the maintenance service is above average as far as finding the problem and triple checking that it is truly fixed. My only area for improvement lies in the efficiency of time management. I have made several appointments for service, days if not weeks in advance, only to arrive on time and wait for "my service agent" to be ready to take my car. I wait for the service agent every appointment and I wait for transportation home, even if it scheduled in advance.

Just disappointed how they can turn down everything. Whatever I see in the mail that is some percent off for service or parts, Ill put it in my bin.

Customer service is beyond terrible. When i would come in to purchase a quart of oil every few thousand miles it would be a 30 minute to hour long ordeal just to wait for it. This is also a literal embodiment of a stealership. Almost tried to rob me on my trade in. Sold me a car that had a severe coolant leak and a muffler that snapped and fell off due to corrosion. Luckily they fixed these issues which is why they get a second star. Still, unacceptable for a dealership of this stature to try and pass it off in the first place.

Well like I say there is always room for improvement and with the issues I had in the past with the service department at Henderson BMW I think they ve made a big change there and I will just say that Christopher in the service department one of the service writers went above and beyond he exemplifies the type of service that I and others expect from BMW thank you Christopher. So this review is 9/4/2020 , was having problems with my Brakes I on my 540i and the dealer was trying to work with BMW to get my brakes replaced and possibly upgrade to M performance. Well I got a call from BMW executive customer care and BMW gave me 1400 dollars thank you BMW, also the dealership, Christopher, the parts department and the rest of the team all worked to get my brakes ordered and installed and at a really great price. So to the team at BMW Henderson thank you.

I was in on a Saturday afternoon at the Henderson location comparing the BMW to my Mercedes to decide if I wanted to stay with Mercedes or change to a BMW. Lesley, Justin and Darell Cox were so helpful and showed me all the benefits of a BMW. I leased my new BMW on the spot and could not b e happier. The difference is unbelievable. I love all the bells and whistles plus all the safety features. I think I am a BMW person for life. Thanks to every one at the Henderson office!

Our service appointments are ALWAYS a good experience with Henderson BMW! Our service adviser, Bill, is always good to work with and earns a superior rating from us each time. He is knowledgeable, thorough, and timely in helping to get the work done on either of our BMW vehicles. Bill definitely earns the 5 star rating!

Also, the new facility in Henderson is fantastic with a large open waiting area supplied with water and snacks while you wait. For having to wait while the work was being done on our vehicle, it was a pleasant experience.

We had the nicest time with Feri, Erik, and Jason. They all knew what they were doing, Feri was so kind and helpful, Erik one of the managers gave us everything we asked for, made things happen so that we got the BMW we wanted. Jason was funny and accommodating, he made sure we got the financial deals we asked for. The entire experience was exactly what you would expect from a BMW dealership, the best! Erik even told us to bring in our old Acura so that the service crew could fix our plastic headlights to looking like new, it had nothing to do with our purchase, it was already done. It was a great experience, they got us done and set up right away, appointments made with their Genius to train us on all our new car details. They even tinted our windows just because. Go in, ask for lovely Feri, and don't go anywhere else, you don't need too.

I set an appointment for routine oil change and brake fluid service at a specific time and was told the work wouldn t be completed until the afternoon on the following day. I feel like that information should be communicated ahead of time, before I even drive to the dealer to allow better coordination of schedule. Also, I requested to have my tires rotated and was told they don t do that service. On a positive note, the customer service reps were very cordial.

For over 4 years unusual rust under the BMW SAV has not been resolved despite promises from General Manager, Service Managers and service advisors each time I was told specialist comes once a month and they would set up an appointment and that never took place, strangely enough those service specialists who promised to follow up are no longer working there and everything falls into cracks. This time they said it is a normal rust without the rust specialist (apparently they became rust specialist and they did not need rust specialist again) Window sealant started to crumble within 4 years and the same story, they never fixed it when it was still under warranty, this visit they just gave me cost of fixing it when it should have been fixed under warranty. SAV's engine was seized up while driving right after drivetrain malfunction and low oil pressure alert. They first asked $21,000 to change the engine when car's value was half of it. Then I found out that this was a common problem with BMW 2013 SAV, instead of covering the cost of it, I was charged for the engine, however I found out that they only changed the parts of the engine not the whole engine as I was told. I also learnt that they even changed the brand new battery less than a year old when I had 3 year warranty on that battery without my knowledge and agreement. Engine was fixed, but drivetrain malfunction was not fixed when the service specialist Alex told me that drivetrain malfunction and low oil pressure issues would be resolved when the engine is changed. And it was not resolved. On this service they did not even bother the fix it without me paying for it, when they should be apologizing not fixing it in the first place as they promised it would be, I was blamed for not bringing the car earlier when I called and left several phone messages for Alex and my calls never returned, and I found out that (conveniently) Alex was no longer working there. I understand that mistakes can happen in any profession, what matters is fixing it and doing it right way. But that's not the case with BMW Las Vegas or Henderson. There is no service culture and no ownership of a problem. When I brought up all issues that were not fixed for many years now, which most of them on record apparently and some of them are not even written in the system, the answer I got on this service was "It was not me". Well you are the BMW, aren't you? Bottom line is there is no ownership of any problems or follow up.
I wanted to talk to Service manager, twice when I had to drive there twice, in one week, one was 9:30 am another one closer to noon, answer I got without even checking with service manager, "He is in the meeting". I asked to speak General Manager, answer i got was I am not sure if he is available. I have been a BMW driver for over 20 years and purchased 4 BMW's during this time. This is the worst BMW service I came across. The issues are still not resolved from cover of glove compartment coming off since 2016 to missing child seat covers (since they never put it back after the recall fix), paint on windshield side strip panel is coming off on windshield, crumbled window sealants on windshield and back triangle windows, drivetrain malfunction. These issues started when it was still under warranty, this visit I was only given how much it would cost me to fix them.

There were several problems. First, they had my car for five days just to fix a few recalls, which they said would only take one day. Despite multiple messages I left them asking about the status of my car, they didn't call me back for three days to tell me the status of when it would be ready, until they called me at 5:20 p.m. on the fourth day to tell me it was ready for pickup (they close at 5), so I had to wait until the fifth day to pick it up. On top of that, they wanted to charge me $175 per hour to move some wires around that we installed after-market for a DVD player so they could get to the recall parts. So we sent our own technician down who installed the DVD player and it took him five minutes to uninstall it. No doubt they would have charged us the full $175 for five minutes of labor. The best part was, the first day I was there, I test drove a new model and told them I was in the market for a new car within the next couple of months. After this experience with their service department, I will not be purchasing my new car from BMW of Henderson.

Worst experience I have ever had buying a car!!!!! I bought a Certified Pre-owned 2016 X5 from them. I have emails and texts with a bunch of empty promises to reimburse me and nobody will return my emails or calls. This has been going on for 4 months!!!! Justin Sullivan was the sales guy and he seems nice until the car rolls off the lot and then you are left to deal with any issues on your own and none of the management will step up and do anything. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS DEALERSHIP!!!!!!!!!!

It s always a good experience with BMW Henderson but just 1 thing was not done right the last time I had my service done, went in for my usual oil change and check up and notified the advisor (not my usual advisor) that the washer fluid light is on and he said they ll take care of it , after two hours , my service was done and my service receipt says that change oil was done and fluids checked , drove home and the washer fluid light went off again , I have to go to work so I have to take it back the next day thinking the fuse was bad, the next day when I talked to my advisor Malisa, we checked the washer fluid and it was bone dry , she has it topped off and the service light went away .. just wondering why they would say that they performed something which was not done

I just purchased my first BMW, and I love it! Michael Turpin was helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle, and I never felt pressured. Michael allowed me to come to my own decision, in my own time on which car I wanted. I test drove a number of different makes of cars, and in my opinion not only did the BMW handle flawlessly, it was also super fun to drive. : )

EXTREMELY unhappy with Henderson BMW. I had a SCHEDULED appointment last week, and was told it would take 3-4 hours for a simple oil change. The service tech did not care and indicated a wait this long was typical. I told him this was unacceptable, and asked for a courtesy car wash...then was told they no longer offer this service. I was totally put out. I could not wait 3-4 hours. I rescheduled for Monday, and still waited two hours! This dealership has NEVER been the same sine Eric Ziegenbein moved over to the Las Vegas BMW dealership. I WILL NOT BE GOING BACK TO THE HENDERSON STORE AGAIN. Totally unprofessional, no one cares, and has forgotten what service is all about.

2016 BMW i3 was scheduled for it's first scheduled...

2016 BMW i3 was scheduled for it's first scheduled maintenance since I purchased it in July 2019. Appointment was for 9am and I had to wait no more than 30 minutes. The BMW dealership dropped me off at a shopping mall nearby so I could pass the time while my car was being serviced. After a couple of hours, they picked me up and I was out of the dealership with no issues with the car or their service.

Levi and David were fantastic. No BS sales tactics and they went above above and beyond for me to make the buying process simple. I flew to Nevada from Colorado to purchase my new M2 competition from Levi because he was a straight shooter unlike the dealerships I dealt with here in Colorado. Thanks guys.

My experience here has been great, I've mostly been helped by Malissa in the service department and she has been wonderful. She was willing to accommodate me as much as she could when some programming went south and has always kept me informed about my car. I really appreciate that. Also, I've talked to one of the sales consultants as well, Michael, he was very nice to my mom and I and helped out with some questions regarding wheels. Thank you guys.

Brought my vehicle in several times over the past ...

Brought my vehicle in several times over the past couple of months for the same issues and once they detected warped front rotors they refused to service my vehicle because the break pads were not worn down to specification. They only perform a joint service of replacing the break pads and the rotors. Which apparently is not covered by either of the current warranties that are on the vehicle....it is under Certified Pre-Owned warranty as well as an extended maintenance warranty. They sent me back on the road risking the possibility of break failure until my pads wear down enough. I do not recommend purchasing a BMW

UPDATE: The GM never returned my calls, apparently they just like to respond to negative reviews with empty promises. Poor customer service

I had my heart set on a car that I test drove at B...

I had my heart set on a car that I test drove at BMW of Las Vegas, but not on the deal they were offering me. After inquiring about the same car with BMW of Henderson via email, I received a prompt response from Al Smith with a great offer that led to me driving off in the car I wanted.

I just want to thank BMW of Henderson for setting a new standard in my book for customer service. Everything from my initial web inquiry to signing the docs was seamless. Al and the entire team at BMW of Henderson are courteous, informative, and are so even after the sale.

My experience at BMW was a pleasant one, before arriving I had done my research online looking for the right Model for the price that was comfortable with me, I discovered the one I thought was going to be it. I called BMW Henderson and spoke with Brian. He was very attentive and told me to come over when ready. Once I arrived we looked at the car and discovered it didnt have a sun roof so he helped me find one with a sun roof and other perks which I wanted in no time he helped me find the right Model for the right price. Smooth deal didnt take days thank you again Brian and BMW Henderson!

Service was completed as i selected in a timely and professional manner. The car was returned in excellent condition. The tech writer was very attentive and helpful.

I have bought many cars over the years. Never have I been treated so badly. They make promises then after you buy the car they dont keep them. I asked the manager why they didnt keep the promises they made. He said they changed that policy. I said then I wont pay my car note...He said he didnt care it was between me and the bank now. There are other BMW dealers in town. Its worth the drive trust me.

Jose was amazing! When going over the services required he explained everything and I like the fact that he communicated with me throughout the day to let me know what was happening with my car. If I had questions, which I did, he was quick to respond via text.

BEWARE this dealerships marks up its parts up to 300 percent of MSRP. I called the manager out about it using prices from the BMW dealership in California I printed out his excuse was its not them its corporate also they charge a phantom 12% across the board for so called fluids and rags they charge you this whether or not they actually use them on your car repair when you question them on it their response is its not us its corporate and there is nothing they can do about it. My advice find anyone else but them to do any repairs on your BMW. Oh and if you ever get backed up and caught up ripping your customers off remember ITS NOT YOU ITS CORPORATE !!!

I took my BMW in for repair on the AC unit and they were fantastic! Ian took great care of me. When I picked up my car, in a timely manner I might add, the car was washed and cleaned inside. I always feel that they take the time to make me feel valued as a customer. Ian is the best! Very professional and attentive!
