The service team at Desert BMW of Henderson is great! They always take great care of me and my BMW. They always seem to go out of there way to make sure I'm taken care of. Always a loaner ready and the communication once my car is in for service is great! I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.

A one star is too much for these people. They are the worst!!!! Don't go there unless you are desperate. They lie, cheat and then when called out on it, pretend like they know nothing. Service and sales are both shoddy. I had to deal with a couple of people - David Leslie, Leslie - forget her last name (in leasing), and Michael Pyon, David LaRoe and the sales mgr.. all incompetent, rude, fake.. just polite adjectives to post. Stay away from this dealership.
I will NEVER use this dealership or recommend them to anyone EVER!!! They made me having the car I bought so not worth it. Three weeks of nothing but grief that I wouldn't even wish on my worst enemy.
Thomas and the team at Henderson BMW are always very helpful in carefully explaining the reason for repairs and I don't ever feel like Im pressured to get the work done. If there's a discount for services available Thomas always get them applied correctly and helps me out with a loaner car or transportation if I need it.

If you want the best buying experience and treatment go to BMW of Henderson. Once there ask for Jeff Anderson, he will make purchasing/leasing of your new car worry free. If you are there on a busy day the wonderful lounge with complementary coffee, tea, hot chocolate and snacks will make the wait worth it for your new ultimate driving machine. On our recent trip we made three separate deals and they maneged to get us out of there in pretty quickly. They have a lot of CPO and new vehicles to chose from, also the prices are really hard to beat.
I wanted to take the time to counter negative reviews that plague the Las Vegas car dealers. I worked with Sebastian who took about two hours showing me a wide variety of cars, at absolutely no pressure. I didn't even end up falling in love with anything that day, but whenever I do buy I will do my best that the sale goes through Sebastian. I love buying cars, to me its a game of who can beat the other one, but for anyone not looking to get harassed by the "typical" salesman - ask for Sebastian.

This service center is the biggest rip-off in all of Las Vegas Henderson area. they overcharge, they make up things that don't need to be repaired. They actually replaced my wife's water pump for almost $2,000 and then 7 days later when the check service light came on they told her it was the thermostat and that would be another $800 to replace. I have argued with everybody down there and I will never ever take our car here again. In fact we're considering getting rid of it since there are only a couple of BMW service centers in the area and its just not worth it. nothing wrong with the BMW car it's just that when it needs to be serviced you need to be able to take it to a dependable place that's not going to rip you off and when you don't have one and makes you rethink what you got. We even brought in the car for a mechanical insurance claim that they argued with and created a lot of problems for us. if you do own a BMW I strongly suggest if you need service you find anywhere else to go I'd even hire a guy at home Depot before I hired these guys again.
Great customer service! Ronnie and Gildardo were meticulous and fast. They were swamped with customers when we arrived for our oil change, but they worked quickly to free someone up to take care of us.
My service advisor Kyle Reese always provides EXCELLENT SERVICE. Parts/Service/Front desk staff ladies are also FANTASTIC.

I'm only giving this store 4 stars (i wish I could give it a break down score or at least a 4.5) because the inventory selection is a little lacking, especially for used cars. The Las Vegas store (which is owned by the same company) is obviously favored and thus gets the better inventory, specifically the used inventory, which isn't a bad thing, unless you live in Henderson and don't want to drive all the way to Summerlin to look at a car.
Before today you could ask me what I thought about this dealership and I'd tell you "Don't go there, they're rude and horrible, and a disgrace to the BMW brand" this was based on a few experiences just after they started remodeling a little over a year ago. Since then the people who were truly a disgrace to the brand have been ousted, or at least weren't there today and all the people I did deal with made my experience truly pleasant. The upgrades done to the showroom have done wonders, the staff has gotten a complete overhaul, they're nothing but nice and friendly and very not pressuring, before you'd get a million emails of them saying things like "You know [insert name] i went to finance and we worked it out so we can get you into this 320i sedan for the price you want" mind you, the car you were looking at was a 340 or 4 series, but somehow they wanna sell you this 320 and think you'll go for it, oh and the price is at the top of your budget with a sizable chunk down (I'm talking $5k+ for a $35k car).
I made the trek to the Vegas store as well and can say all the same things about them that I can say about this store. It's nice to see this change in employee attitudes and behavior, and it's very welcome, Chelsea and Johnny (i hope i spelled your names right) were amazingly helpful and Johnny had this amazing energy, I didn't really get a chance to work with Chelsea because she had an appointment that showed up right after I did so she apologized and left to deal with them, which is when Johnny stepped in, but Chelsea did come back to check on me later, which was also really nice. If they're working on commission they don't act like it. I went back the same day after working with Johnny and when i took the car for another test drive and was crawling all over it to inspect it Chelsea was the one to go on the drive with me and both her and Johnny were there to answer the questions I had.
Leased a BMW at Autonation in Henderson. Excellent group of team members to the internet manager and floor salesman. When in at 9:00 A.M and was out at 2 PM with a new BMW. The whole experience was positive and I would recommend anyone interested in a BMW to visit this team. Thanks Again.

Be very careful with this people...I paid for maintenance of my car and clearly told the finance guy that I am paying for upto 75,000 miles not one year vehicle care. That was never honored. Simple is this..:why pay $3,500 for maintenance and get only one year maintenance???? Have been to the dealership only twice within a year...total maintenance cost less than $700. Second time I tell the advisor that my brakes have issues and need to be checked because steering will is shaking. The guy tells me I need to pay $300 for brakes inspection... What s the maintenance package for????? Super annoying and extremely inconsiderate....bmw should never be like this...so, I paid for what I can t have. Never buying a car from this people again...Don t sign anything with this people that you have not agreed to, and if you agree to it,get a copy of what you wanted... terrible way of doing business ... I got cheated
No doubt BMW makes a great car, but what about service. Here in Henderson, I've had to take my I3 in for 2 issues. Both of them were resolved quickly and in a highly professional manner. Shout out to Jose, in service. He's a boss!
All people here were VERY profesional and polite! We all had a few laughs together for the short amount of time I was in there for. Johnny went above and beyond to help me find EXACTLY what I was looking for, TRUSTWORTHY and EASY to communicate with. He made it very easy for my first time! He made it so simple and easy to walk out the door with new keys in my hand. HIGHLY recommend this BMW dealership, HIGHLY recommend my guy Johnny. We were very impressed with our buying experience at BMW of Henderson. We arrived rather late in the day as we were coming from Utah, but everyone was very helpful and attentive. The salesman, Justin, helped us with great pricing and was very efficient and the finance gentleman was knowledgeable and easy to work with.

Worst experience at a car dealership! Poor customer service and loyalty. I have 3 cars with BMW over the span of 5 years, the customer service manager was abrasive, degrading to me because I am female and spoke down to me. I will never buy another car from this dealership.
