Hendi Food Service Equipment B.V. Review

Bought 3 backpacks for just over 200 euros, of which 3 pieces broke within 2 months at the zippers, I got 2 new ones and they are now also broken.
bad buy and another bad buy. very bad quality.

5 stars for a nice cafeteria with coffee, tea, table football, toaster, microwave and express soups from knorra :)

U know what? Hendi is a terrible company.
I sent them my 2 months old broken electric knife they did not fix it and asked me to pay 20euro for sending it to me back without reparation.

Products are sort of ok but don't expect any service after purchasing. There are no parts available and when they send you the wrong part after providing them with their own part number don't expect any refund or excuses.
