Is new in Helsinge medical center. Quickly found out about the poor service. Had to spend a late time and had to wait 1.5 months, unfortunately 3 minutes late, my time was canceled, waited another 3 minutes for a secretary
As swollen and arrogant said times were erased when one is not there on time and now I could not get to. Despite explanations, she was completely indifferent.
Next late time in 1.5 months !! There I waited 45 min so now the doctor was late!
Now have to wait 2 months to get follow-up.
I think Helsinge medical center has a big service problem and do not recommend them to some.
It is not reasonably stoned so long at late times, or be rejected at 3 min delay.
After all, the doctor puts in 15 minutes. off to each patient.

The very unpleasant phone consultation doctor would only discuss what the hospital should do and not take care of the matter

I soon spent all of my work mornings going to Helsinge Medical Center and getting to know the same thing. I have to buy a product at the pharmacy, do some exercises, and then my pains should be gone.
I spent money on physiotherapy when they said it would help where the physiotherapist says it is not something they can do anything about, but that I should be examined by the doctor. When I return with the physiotherapist's answer, the doctor just says "reach" and then I have to buy a product at the pharmacy again.
This has been going on for a year now, and when I told them the last time I was there, how tired I was of it, I was told there was nothing they could do. I have been examined completely the same way, every single time I have been there, nothing has changed in the examination, and I cannot be allowed to progress in the system and be examined with other implements until the doctor says so.

Have always been really good and accommodating when it comes to my boy.
On the other hand, we have had countless problems when it comes to adult consultations. Poor understanding of patients. As if most people are tired of work, and really no longer able. If you meet for example a talk about knee pain, you can not immediately ask about a minor problem .. MINOR PROBLEM ..
Have managed that the wife has sat for a talk up there and just wanted to end another small question. It was time to order another time. Then another day where you have to take time off from work, to get to the consultation for 1min, so it can look really good in their accounts that they have oh so many consultations ..

Arrogant and indifferent doctor. Comes with the desire for hip referral due to osteoporosis (onset of osteoarthritis) that occasionally stretches to my knee. She will only look at and send a referral on the hip, so I have a new time for my knees. We did not even use the neighborhood that was set off. Just think they are there for the money. Patients do not care about them. Arrogant answer when I ask for double time "We do not pay for it and you do not work for free", it's irrelevant how I work, but again a testimony if they are only interested in the money.

I have always received a really good treatment from everyone I have been in contact with.

Had to pass the doctor 3 times before the prescription was posted. So I finally managed to get my medicine after a total of three trips to the pharmacy. Tighten up.
