2. Advocacy: Our advocacy service helps individuals navigate complex systems such as healthcare or social care systems by providing support in accessing services they need.

3. Carer Support: We offer support for unpaid carers who may be struggling with caring responsibilities alongside other commitments such as work or education.

4. Befriending Service: Our befriending service provides companionship for those who are isolated or housebound due to illness or disability.
