They were horrible my daughter went on there they stabbed her in the gum several time she was in pain for two days and that had a very bad attitude they said that she needed to brush and floss her teeth better but yet they didn t even floss her teeth like they supposed to and half of the time she was on there and the people were on their phones
Giving 3 out 5 stars because they do their job, and my daughters teeth are taken care of BUT she ALWAYS complains about their attitudes. She came home saying a grown man shoved her off the bus because she wasn't fast enough for him. Could work on their people skills. Other than that, great convenient dentist.
Terrible customer service. They said we were good to go then never saw my child at school or informed us of anything.
Reported that my son had 12 cavities so I took him to another dentist and he only had 1 cavity and now has been fixed these people are very unprofessional and rude
They are absolutely awful. They pulled my niece's molar without consulting her parents and they also didn't give her any numbing or medication. They claim she had an infection but didn't even supply her with antibiotics/prescription for them. Worst company ever. If you don't want them pulling your children's teeth without your permission and without any numbing, stay FAR, FAR AWAY!!!
Worst dentist ever!, This dental used to come to my school when I was in elementary. They told me I had 4 cavities, & proceeded to drill so deep into my teeth that after 10-11yrs later I still have a sensitive feeling in those same areas and I can t even really chew on the back parts of my teeth without feeling an icy sensation!!. I wouldn t recommend anyone to them, very horrible. They have made me afraid of dentists!
