Horrible experience, I work for a 111 bed hospital and have Helmer Scientific refers in our Lab, I attempted to order a replacement control board on 7/23, was told that I must send a PO. Sent PO 7/23, via email and fax, received email confirmation of receipt same day 7/23, also have fax confirmation sent, asked for 2 day express delivery. I called 7/29 to find out where shipment was, I was told they would track and call back, no callback. I called again today 7/30 to get tracking number as I have not received board yet, discovered that no order was placed and no record of fax or email exist, was told to complete same process again with no opportunity to verify receipt without me calling back. This customer service is horrible, I will not be ordering any more Helmer Scientific units for service in any facilities I am responsible for.
