We have used Helioscreen as one of our main suppliers for many years for internal and external blinds and folding arm awnings. Excellent, top quality products with great technical back up and a fantastic attitude to customer service. Cannot rate high enough.

Terrible product had it for just 5 years [even though its supposed to be under warranty for 5 years]
Fabric is okay but the tape and spring has broken with minimal use .
The company doesnt want to do anything and basicly tells you to go back to the retailer who also doesnt want to do anything.
The cost would be $1050+gst for the tape and the springs labour alone is $1400+gst
Get something else that will last you a longer time and is more reasonable to reair if you need to.
The cost of the unit was originally Neat $10000.00
Very poor service and second rate engineering - the screen as never retracted properly from the first day and they wont return calls or come and fix. Not yet 12 months old. The blind now blows out in even light winds and has to be tied up with a rope to stop it blowing away. Would recommend you choose another brand, as I am for two more screens needed for my dwelling.
Have had external sunscreens for the past 6 months. Have to say they work really well and have openned up a whole new area of our verandah that we couldn't use in summer before. Highly recommend Helioscreens

The awnings Helioscreen fitted to the front and back patios have made a huge difference to our house. The installation was first rate and nothing was too much trouble. During the recent storms both awnings retracted automatically which was great because we weren't even home at the time. Highly recommend.
We emailed Helioscreen after reading a review which said the customer was delighted in the resulting blinds. Ben Fisk was sent out to do a quote -we cancelled the other appointments from other companies.
Ben is fantastic, offered great advice, really knows his product well, really nice young man, well presented, experienced with all aspects of building.
His quote was very good and he installed in 2 weeks and the product is brilliant.
His installation is superb. Very careful & no mistakes.
We're really happy with it. Very modern looking, clean, blocks out the sunlight and gives us privacy when needed which was everything we wanted.
We highly recommend the product but also, if Ben is in your area -he was excellent. Helioscreen, you're lucky he's on your team.
In the past year we have installed an awning and replaced most of our aging internal blinds and have used Helioscreen for everything. Really happy with the quality and they look equally great.
