If you have an appointment between 8 a.m. and 9 a.m. in the morning, you have to count half an hour to an hour to get registered at the reception.
With Dr. Segers, terrible. Arriving half an hour early, and then having to wait almost two hours and once only 4x. I can't sit longer than 10 minutes (PAIN). So go down the Gang 150x. I have autism and by the time I am allowed to enter, I no longer function, I can no longer think, speak ... That is all about it. Wait 2 hours each time

I don't want to talk about parking, welcome or friendliness. About the results of the treatments there.
My findings are based on treatments that I know in my circle of friends and family.
If you really have nowhere else to go, hurry to another hospital for a check-up as soon as possible.

Is all the staff at the counter there so unfriendly and rude? At this hospital you clearly do not need any experience or training to "work" at the reception. Then I will remain silent about the long waiting times in this "hospital". The emergency service is anything but emergency. So do you have an urgent problem or do you have to undergo a serious operation? Then quickly find another clinic.

Thank you to the people at Intensive Care for saving me and also the people from the lung department.
I just got back home and still have to recover.
I can't imagine a better team than that of IC
Thanks also to the surrounding staff, e.g. kine, psychologist ....
Without your hard work I wouldn't have been there anymore.
Care, food, guidance was really great
Merry Christmas everyone

Stay away from this factory. You have to wait hour...

Stay away from this factory. You have to wait hours for the emergency service before anyone comes to ask if it is urgent. Their computer system is supposedly broken and therefore they have to enter everything manually. On their website they proudly say that their computer problems have been completely resolved since this morning. So besides being incompetent in the field, they are also liars. In the fish bowl of the emergency, 1 sour lady is complaining that she has too much work. There are also four and five people in a white coat drinking coffee and chatting among themselves, and in the meantime they make every effort not to look at you and certainly not to help you further.

My previous visits to this slow service (emergency service I cannot call it) were equally bad and negative.

Stay away from it as much as possible. And if it is urgent, call the 100. Because according to the staff here it cannot be urgent if you come to the emergency by your own transport.

It is outrageous that there is no kind of medical triage on arrival. Here you can literally drop to death while you are waiting 10th in a row until the staff has a desire to register.

At 10.20 am I arrived at the emergency with a problem at my mouth. Pretty soon I was helped further and at 11.15 am I received a CT scan. Afterwards I had to go to the waiting room of the emergency. And only at 4.30 pm !!! Was my scan gone through. This by a doctor without a uniform with poor Dutch, of which I only understood half. So eventually I was sent home with the following information: your jaw has a congenital abnormality in which we can do nothing. Only when I replied that I can be directed not just at home with this disorder and pain, I received the answer that I can go to a surgeon within 10 days and that I will have a paracetamol at home ..

Eating or drinking something was also not possible with a broken machine! This day rush was really a nightmare!

I know if you have been helped that it is always good
But I was pleasantly surprised at the professional and super friendly approach from reception to leaving the hospital of both medical staff and nurses, logistics people and the ones I probably forgot.
Also kudos for the good food, the time of, it's just hospital costs, is apparently over!
It was a necessary but enjoyable experience.

Worst emergency department I know ...

Worst emergency department I know ...

After an electrocution on my construction site, I immediately went to emergency on the advice of the emergency center.

I arrive at the hospital and after a while I can tell my story.

The receptionist and 1 paramedic hear my story and say that they cannot do much and it is not so bad if you have not fallen unconscious ... Do I have to be half dead first ?!

I did not trust this and I went to the UZA, they immediately took this seriously and even put me on the heart rate monitor for a full night to check whether everything was and remained good.

I have heard a lot of bad stories about Reet, but now I can experience it myself ...

They better swish it flat, because such a hospital is literally useless!

- dirty hospital (pools of blood or disinfectant on tables, chairs, beds and simply on the floor)
- doctors barely know what they are doing (prescribe incorrect medication and act arrogantly when you question this (after this you will find out at the doctor that you WERE correct))
- no communication (3x the same story when referring doctors (even within 1 department))

Worst sick home ever! I will do everything to discourage this hospital from everyone! My friend was admitted to this hospital with the ambulance after a person was stomping. I was only allowed to see her for 5 minutes! (She did not even have to be operated or something) No hair on the head that thought about that. And then threaten with the police ?! She went outside worse than came in!

After having passed through my back one more time,...

After having passed through my back one more time, my doctor referred me to Dr. Segers, who after thorough examination prescribed the back school for me.
For almost 6 months I have been treated by the multidisciplinary team.
After an intake session to determine the initial situation, the program started. The first lessons are more theoretical, but there are also various exercises. These lessons are certainly interesting for your back, pain, . easier to understand. After these lessons started with the cardio and strength program. This program is completely tailored to you, not a standard program where everyone has to do the same. During this training you will receive excellent assistance from a physiotherapist and an occupational therapist. They help you where necessary and answer all your questions. Although you follow an individual course, the training sessions are always together with other patients. There is a pleasant atmosphere in the training room which only motivates you more! You can only do these training sessions on 2 days a week, which requires the necessary discipline from the patient.

Rushed with a sports accident at 3:00 PM. Unable to support, calf and foot completely thick. Have RX taken. At 7:10 pm they said they can't see anything and that an ultrasound must be taken. However, they cannot take an echo on Sundays . Come back tomorrow. What a disaster. I call this a sort of "guilty omission". Big disaster! This is not an emergency hospital !!!!!

Come here regularly to the pediatricians. Dr. Boone and colleague. Super friendly doctors. Answer all questions clearly and correctly. Staff at the reception is very friendly. My parking card blocked in the device because it was torn, the receptionist kindly helped me. Thanks!
Of course I don't have much experience with the rest of the hospital.

Good hospital, the nurses very friendly and helpful in the ward of Doctor Dujardyn. Even the cleaning team is also a great gang that you can laugh with, and if you need a glove or a bag, the place to be :-D I liked the food very much, the times of hospital costs that I horrified are over there. The welcome was also fast and very friendly, in short I felt in good hands and also safe in the covid times. So thank you to everyone there!

Worst hospital ever (together with Bornem and Willebroek). Emergency department is a disaster (the word rush is unprecedented here), radiology also (you come in through the rush and then you have to wait more than an hour on radiology itself before you take a picture of your finger !!), staff totally unfriendly , don't even look at you. I really have nothing positive to say about this hospital. Oh yes, the elevator on the ground floor has been out of use for almost a year! Just ridiculous .....

I just had the department on the phone where my mother is being treated. I had a number of questions about her condition. I was very friendly to speak and very well informed.
They also promise to follow up the matter further.
People who complain in reviews about the rush probably do not know the saying: Hurry and SPED is rarely good .... ;-)

Was at Dr Torfs' MRI service on Friday, July 31. It was a wonderful experience for me in terms of the staff who accompany me to the scan. Highly recommended and a big compliment for this service. Regarding patience and professional approach and certainly for understanding the patient. Once again a wonderful and professional service.

I love the nurses at this hospital, also the secretary and including the workers, the hospital is very well organized, the paths are very easy to find, the time to wait and much shorter compared to other hospitals, clean and health regulations and well respected. We are also very happy with the telephone service the experienced operators and the schedules are well organized. If I allow myself the only flaw and the emergency services that are not really personal pleasant, and sometimes you have to wait for them to end Laure private conversation on the phone or among themselves and then it's you and the time to wait is not limited even if you are the only one in the emergency room and what is a shame and I am removing a star for this defect. Thank you to all of you

Great hospital. I always have positive experiences there. 1x like I was a princess when such a huge good service. The other in uza and there I felt the number too much ... 2x kids on neo and fantastic vpk super loving with my children and also towards us were social and sincerely really helped me through the uncertain period. Other departments that I visited steefs positive experience. Okay as you read a lot there are often long waiting times, but you have that everywhere. Believe me, son with many complications, we have often been forced to visit hospitals on the move and waiting times are everywhere! We really look at the seriousness of your situation.
