My renewal came due during the stay at home order. I dreaded trying to do this remotely. Amanda handled everything seamlessly, even when I didn t have the information she needed right at hand. She answered my questions and concerns quickly and thoroughly. What I thought would be difficult to do was not because of Amanda s knowledge and kindness.
We (Public Library) have had really positive interactions with Heil and Heil. I am a Library Director of a very small library, as such I do pretty much everything. I am not really knowledgeable about insurance beyond the basics. From the very first meeting, I have been treated with respect and helped along with reasons for why we did this,etc. I know my questions were (maybe still are!) basic but I have never felt that I shouldn't ask them. I am so happy to not need to worry about these issues. I know they research what it right for us and I am confident we are getting what we need, within our budget.
Extremely poor customer service! Waited on the phone for over 20 mins on the emergency line . When the operator finally answered she was extremely rude. I called back again as a technician never called me back and the same operator who didn t give me her name but says she is operator 9 changes her story and continues to be rude. Hey operator 9 we don t live in a third world country if someone gives you respect give it back to them. The way you were acting was absolutely pathetic and uncalled for.
