I purchased a sauna expecting a cozy retreat, but unfortunately, it hasn’t met my expectations. The assembly instructions were unclear, leading to a frustrating setup process. I also noticed some uneven heating, which detracts from the overall experience. Customer service was responsive but couldn't fully resolve my concerns. I had higher hopes for this. 🌧️😞
