I recently purchased office furniture and had a rather challenging experience. 🌪️ The delivery took longer than promised, which disrupted my plans. The customer service was somewhat unresponsive, making it difficult to get timely updates. When the furniture finally arrived, I noticed a minor defect that I shouldn’t have had to deal with. 🔧 While the design of the pieces is modern and stylish, the overall experience left much to be desired. I expected more from a company in this space. ⚠️
