I'm a little confused about the whole situation down there.They are changing Companies with those that help you with grants, and paperwork for different benefits.

Very rude lady answered the phone, barely speak English. Wouldn't let me speak, Everytime I'd ask something she'd say sir I can't help u anymore. Sad how they treat people who are trying to figure out his financial situation.

Nice people, helpful, full of suggestions, leads and new ideas. Make this your job search headquarters. Large parking lot, wheelchair accessible. But very hard to find. Use Google navigation to take you right to the front door.

Ineffective communication. Email from job coach stated that if you had employment the meeting is not necessary, then rolls back on their own words. Furthermore, logs the meeting as a no show when they knew I was not able to attend.

Maybe it was poor timing. Maybe someone was just having a bad day. It just seems kinda disorganized.

Personnel was polite and courteous and showed willingness to help. Some of us aren't as computer-literate as others.

I had a terrible experience at my visit to workforce today regarding a employee checking you in outside! I was next in line after patiently waiting my turn he totally ignored that and let another person who came out of nowhere go before me l told him l was next but he still ignored that! I felt ignored and disrespected! just wanted to let who ever this concerns my experience!
