Excellent customer service and awesome prices. Process was fast and easy!!!

The reason they get only one star, that is the lowest available. If I could give a negative star, I would.
Ordered two items on April 5, 2020. Received confirmation of order the same day. Then nothing, no email or phone call, nothing.
On April 21, 2020 I call to cancel the order and I am told by Amy that returns are not available for the item i ordered. Tried to explain this was not a return, as I NEVER received the item. I was then placed on hold, with no warning.
Another person comes on the phone, Mickie. I go through the explanation again and she tells me she has to run out to the vehicle, as it is being shipped that very moment. Right.
Finally, she says it JUST shipped and while she would issue a refund, they had to have the package back first. After a short discussion, she says she will refund me immediately, but I had to promise to return the package.

Today, April 24, 2020 -- no refund, no package, no word from the company, nothing. The only thing that has happened, my $50.00 from my checking account is gone !!

NEVER again. We own a small kennel, probably purchase $20,000 or more in supplies every year from various distributors. Not these people, ever !!!

Ordered a costume on August 29, never received any information in regards to when it would ship. Called and told it was being drop shipped by a third party. Still received no shipping information, so I called back a week later. Told they would check on it and be in touch. Finally received an email from Sheena McPeek stating it was on back order with no ETA, I could wait or get refund. I called and asked for refund. Days later and it still has not been refunded back to my credit card. Called my credit card company today and opened a dispute.

The costume I ordered is still listed on their website as available. BEWARE OF HEARTLAND VETERINARY SUPPLY AND PHARMACY.

I will never order from this group again. I will never recommend this group to anyone. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Ordered a very important medication and they charged my card immediately. I waited a month and still nothing, after calling several times and emailing for a refund(no response), I had to escalate to disputing with paypal and finally got a refund for an order placed 2 month prior. Horrible costumer service

Had an issue with my address, received a call to correct. My package arrived a few days later. Best price I found for my purchase.

I have had horrible experiences with Heartland Vet Supply. They are very happy to charge my credit card, but not ship my purchases on time. Twice, I was promised that I would receive my medication with priority shipping, later to find out that it hadn't even been shipped. They blamed the US Postal Service. I didn't choose or hire the post office. I called over and over and was given conflicting information about shipping. I will never use them again. Beware!

***BUYER BEWARE***
I ordered a case of IV fluids and lines/needles last year for my dog. It took an unacceptable amount of time for HVS to contact my vet for the prescription and ship the items. The package was delivered the day after my dog died. When I contacted them about returning the never opened package, I was told that they could not take the items back, because it was against the law to take back prescription items. The lines/needles were NOT a prescription item. They eventually admitted to their "mistake" (or lie, as I call it), but I had already offered the items to a local rescue.

Since that time, I have unsubscribed from HVS emails dozens of times, but they continue to spam my inbox with their ads. Yesterday, I received an email reminding me that it was time to refill my dog's IV fluids. My dead dog. The IV fluid that I tried to return. This company is THE WORST.
