Wowwy, very rude recieving girl, turn rt off george twn rd not left at heartland sign, very slow unload, stay away if possible

4 hrs left till my holiday weekend get told we working sat and Sunday. I already bought plane tickets won't be back till late sun. Not a family friendly company at all. Unprofessional conduct, needs to revauate it's business structure. To late to see it change but hope this message s prevents anyone else with a family from working here.

Well i am here the second time in 2 weeks for a pick up..nice and friendlly people at the front desk..1st time i got out in a hour and a half,today 2 hours and 30 min..not bad i will say..maybe i was lucky..peace

Do not book anything from this place sit on a dock 6 hours and I canceled the load after I was told it be 6 more hours

Appointment time for 12pm show up at 11am get sent away and told they would call me at 12 pm. I came back and was told I could wait on lot. after an hour of setting I went inside to be told they would give me a door in an hour or so. 2hrs later when I went in and asked while I still hadn t gotten a door, they put me on a door. I sat until 10pm before they even put the dock plate in the trailer. This place is a joke they do NOT care about your time what so ever.

For the love of good stay away from loading at this place. Full day wasted for 4 pallets.

Drivers DONT COME HERE FOR PICK UP
There people are lazy and will mess up your woke week schedule. I checked in 6:00 pm and still didn t get until 7:00 am next morning
So I end up canceling the load.

I was nervous to deliver to this place after all that 1* reviews, but everything went smooth, full trailer was unloaded in less then an hour.

Do not come here at all costs I've been here 8 hours and haven't been touched. Place is ridiculous girl in office hates her job and is rude as hell the only reason for 1 star is cause you have to give that to post

They are too slow in the door for three hours no body touch me if you get here for a pickup expect a delay

Heartland Food is an awesome place to work. It's a great company with tons of great benefits. Everyone work as a team. Supervision cares about your input and it has a great safety culture.

The worst place you can be. Avoid this place Strongly advice
