Love this place... these truck drivers need to stop being such cry babies. They only make sheets of cardboard ( also know as ) corrugated Sheets. So... people with "Bed Sheets" need to call somewhere else!!

Truckers hauling rolls beware. They don't care if you get unloaded or not. They'll put you in a dock and make you wait till whenever they feel like unloading you.
Jim took me 4 hour's early for my appointment and only took 25 minutes to unload me great place good people
I had an 8 am appointment, checked in at 7:50 and was met with immediate attitude. Was told they did not know how long it would take for them to get to me.
I bought one fitted bottom queen size sheet. They are probably 4-6 inches too short at the top and bottom. It takes all I can do to get the bottom sheets on our queen mattress. The top sheet we bought was a king. It is fine side length but too short when we try to tuck the sheet at the bottom. If we didn't have a blanket from Seats that is long enough to keep the short sheet in place. It would have been nice to finally purchase a quality sheet.
Whoever unloads door 20 is fast - Thank You The S/R office guys are completely rude and just mad dog you. Couldn't even answer the simple question "How are you today" without being jerks

Very rude, the shipping manager has no manners and hung up on me a couple times before I could even speak to him. Yeah....really seems like great customer service
Literally the WORST place to work for. If you enjoy being screamed and cussed at by management then this is the place for you. Forced to work in hostile environment and HR does nothing about it. So poorly managed I honestly dont know how they havent shut down.
I arrived 20 mins before my appointment but I waited 2 hrs to get in the dock. Theres no place to park when you have to wait to get in the dock. They'll tell you to park on the street which have a "No Parking" sign. Fast unload.
Good loading experience. Straight off the line was a little slow but very friendly people and they came and let you know when they were done.
