Heartland Park Topeka Review

Always a good day when you can go to the drag race's.

heartland park is a very good place to spend a day, motorsports such a drag racing will most likely take place for the majority of the day so plan to stay for awhile. there is a drag strip, dirt oval, and dirtbike track. this is not a very good place for young children as most if the vehicals are very very loud. just like most places the food and drinks are very expensive (about 4 dollars for water) so expect to spend quite a bit, there are typically lots of people there as well so it is very crowded. overall i would recomend spending a day at heartland with your family, friends.

So glad that Heartland Park remains an open first class Dragstrip in the Central Div.5 area. It's always been one of the premiere Dragstrips. It's long been known if you want to go fast and set records in the NHRA, Nebraska and Kansas in the spring and fall is the place to go altitude wise but when you combine the fantastic facility with the people they have well it turns into a place that is second to none anywhere, so helpful and friendly. They make us Racers who travel from the surrounding states like Nebraska, South Dakota, Iowa, Missouri, Colorado, Oklahoma feel like family and that's hard to find.
In the age where we are losing a lot of Dragstrips every year.....this is most welcome to have one fight thru tough times and even get better and stay a fixture in the NHRA for years to come.

Take a wheel chair it's a very long walk for someone with breathing issues

Great venue....change of ownership has given it new life...new events and more excitement for Topeka. Keep up the great work!

Really expensive for concession unorganized for on how to bring racers up to the lineup and not friendly

Went to SCCA Track Night little to no experience in my stock FIAT 500 Abarth. Drove in the novice group with other drivers at same level of experience. It was a blast. Never felt pressured or intimidated. It you've ever wanted to drive on a track, this is the place. Thanks Jack

Took my nephew there, it was our first trip to this raceway. Had a great time, will be back soon.

Great NHRA track. Open access to the pits easy to get around.

It was very poorly run! It took forever to run the drag races. Organization at its worst.

Love going to heartland, got rain on, seen very little racing. It was a pain in the ass after waiting a year for it

Ok I believe that all carts that are running around need some rules set. 1. Lights after dark. 2. Speed limit inforced. You get caught driving fast you are told to pack up and leave, no exceptions..

Great place to watch races. Very open and plenty of room for a big crowd. I love going there.

The people who work all the things going on out at Heartland Park are one of a kind and are always so fun to be around.

The T-shirt shouldn't cost $28 to $30 keep your shirts sell them at the next show for half the price

I attended the 2017 NHRA event at Heartland Park. Had so much fun I can't wait to go back again! The top fuel dragsters were the best.

Unbelievable experience, first time to top fuel racing. Great seats through out stadium.

Attended the ribs n bibs festival on Friday. The event seemed rather unorganized. I got different answers to the same question from 3 different people. It was the 1st day of the inaugural event so I'll cut them some slack. My hats off to the parking supervisor that did help me out. That's the way to problem solve.

Great venue....change of ownership has given it new life...new events and more excitement for Topeka. Keep up the great work!

The PA system on GA side of the track didn't work all day Saturday, disgraceful.

It was a great day for fun in the sun and back to back racing. We got VIP tickets for awesome seating and parking. The weather was a bit too hot with not a cloud in the entire sky.

I liked that they were on time .
Was nit happy with the time it took to get refreshments more help at concessions would be helpful. Over all I hope they can attract more racers.

Loved every minute of racing at this venue! From top to bottom it's a state of the art facility, with plenty of bleacher style seating, vip seating and even boxes. Prepare to walk though, free spectator parking is literally a mile walk away from the pits. Good vendors, average food and drink prices for a racing event. Just a great time all around!

Fun events for all ages, top fuel dragsters and funny cars are undescribable, everyone should experience 10,000+hp at least once!

Great place for track events, fun road course, and other activities.

It's great. I never misted a race there racing or not.

The smell and sound of Top Fuel, nothing else like it on the planet.

Wish the VIP stands and staging lanes were closer to the pits. Its an alright venue to watch some racing, but as a racer or team member its a real pain in the ass.
