Very pleased with the quality of their products and installation.

We ordered our countertops through Kitchen & Bath Inspirations out of Clinton, IA and they had Heartland Oaks make and install them. They arrived at our house to do the measurements and informed us it would be $350 for removal/ haul away and installation. He then stated it would be a couple weeks before they were ready, no big deal. When they arrived to install the new countertops we had already removed one of the countertops they just had to remove the breakfast bar. They couldn t figure out how to remove it right away, then realized they had to chip away at the laminate to remove the screws that was securing it to the wall. They then realized they didn t make the countertop for the breakfast bar correctly so they would have to come back and install it another day. We get a call 2 days later from the owner that they would be coming that day to install the countertop and they are charging us an additional $75 because removal was harder than they originally thought. So I questioned her how was it more difficult, we had already removed one of the counters and they just had to chip away at the laminate on the breakfast bar to remove it (which took them no more than 15-20 mins). She never apologized for their mistake of making the countertop wrong (which they came out to measure) or the fact that they were charging extra and never gave me a valid reason for the additional $75 upcharge. The lady was EXTREMELY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, almost like she was ready for an argument. They came to install the countertop to the breakfast bar and the installers had no idea of the issue with the upcharge. They also couldn t find a stud in the wall to install it (never tried to look, just kept putting them in the same place,) when they screwed the nails in they didn t even go into the wall the nails went through the trim along the top of the wall on both sides!!!! We didn t even notice this until they left. When they asked us for the check I had wrote it out to Heartland Oaks for the installation and removal and then they told me I had to rewrite it out to the name of the worker installing it?! Very shady. Absolutely horrible service from the owner (Laura) and come to find out it was her husband who came to measure the area before making the countertops!!! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM!

I agree with Mel who gave this company a bad review. We went to ProSource to get new laminate countertop for our kitchen. First of all it took them forever to get the installation done and they were not responsive to get it scheduled. Secondly after installing the new laminate this late spring, at some point in the summer there was a substantial rise on one of the seams on which I cut my finger when wiping down the countertop. When my husband finally called this week, we were told it was our fault because something got wet. No questions, no offer of customer service to look at it, no I m sorry this happened. Only remark was it s our fault because we got it wet or water got in it. It is not close to the sink as it s one of the long seams from a lazy Susan cupboard to the corner. A few months ago there was brown liquid in the countertop in the corner and I had no idea where it came from. I don t know if the glue they used failed or what happened but will never find out because they aren t interested in investigating. I would never recommend this company.

Very helpful and friendly. They took time to offer suggestions and explain the difference in all the counter tops.
