I have been a RDH with this company for almost 4 years of my 5 years as a hygienist. I love the company, they take care of their employees. The doctors and technology are amazing as well. Benefits, great pay, vacation time, ect. How can you not be happy with an amazing team and support staff?!

I received an email from them stating I have a credit and need to fill out a form to have a check sent from the refunds department. This was months ago and I have yet to receive that check or any communication from them. And all of a sudden their phone number just goes to a voicemail. I just want my money back.
They are the best. Don't like dentists and Dr. Conant is the best.
Former employee here from this location not too happy with heartland. I worked in this office where my dentist decided to do a few fillings on me and I swallowed a bur and was told to go to the urgent care to make sure there wouldn t be any issues three years later I received a bill from the urgent care that should ve been taken care of by heartland dental. To my surprise three years later I m still receiving the same bill. I thought this would ve been taken care of by my manager nope. I reached out to a former manager and was told to reach out to home office which I did. I emailed a copy of the bill and told don t worry about it it ll be taken care of. And here I get another bill in the mail not too happy.

Heartland is a great place to work. I have been with the company for 3 years and with my doctor almost 11 years. We affiliated in 2017 not really knowing what to fully expect but fully trusting my doctor and believing she made the best decision for the practice. Heartland builds that trust that you need. It s important to everyone. When people ask me what s the #1 thing I like about working for Heartland, it s hands down the support. There is always an answer to any issue I might have at the other end of the phone or the email. They truly want you to grow, they want you to be successful. They will support you. Heartland gives you every opportunity they can to help you succeed. You have to show up with a good attitude, be positive, and want it for yourself. There are so many reasons to say yes to a career with Heartland. I moved from Business Assistant to Practice Manager in just over a year. I have worked hard and been rewarded greatly. I m thankful to work for a company that truly values me and every person on my team.
This company is a joke! They hire new dentists that have no business working alone and then hire staff to hand hold the dentist..the higher ups are just as corrupt as the staff..And I received no REAL training!!Working there made me hate the dental field..If this is what HEARTLAND is , then you will always have a high turnover!
