I recently made a purchase, and the shipping took longer than expected. I reached out to customer service for clarification but found the responses to be quite delayed. The product quality was acceptable, but the overall experience felt lacking. I wanted to enjoy my shopping experience, yet it fell short in terms of support and efficiency. I hope they enhance their communication process in the future.

The worst company I ever dealt with been waiting on my product for 2 months. I called customer service about a month ago and they told me that the product was out of stock. That they just received a shipment and it was about to be sent out and a few days. I will get a confirmation. and still waiting a month later.

I have recently placed 4 orders from Heartland America and the service has many amazing. I love the deals and with great products. Last week, I received a battery operated chainsaw with a extension pole and I am thrilled by the product quality and price. I used the saw this weekend for over an hour straight cutting branches up to 14 high and the blade was super sharp and most importantly the battery never slowed a bit. As a small business owner, I look for great companies to partner with and I will be a Heartland Customer for Life.

Over years of being a customer I found that several times long after I'd ordered a product it would be "out of stock". Sometimes it would be a month or more. When I did some checking, I found the item had gone up in price.
I had bought the item in good faith and I believe I should've been treated fairly, but instead been left hanging.

I tried to order a product from this website. Product was out of stock so I preordered and was scheduled so ship a couple days later but that never happened, I called and emailed the company but got no response. Made the mistake of reordering when the item came back in stock (item is hard to find), after waiting two weeks with no shipping updates I finally received a package from them but it was a different item than what I ordered. Not to mention the item appears to be damaged straight out of the box. I will not even bother trying to reach out to them again, I don't even think they have a customer service team so I will just take the loss, hopefully this review deters a potential buyer from this site so they can save their time and money.
