The receptionists take care of you very quickly and the nurses are SUPER nice. They try to make the awkward moments less awkward. ;) The Heart Center of MetroWest deserves five stars.

Answering service slightly more helpful than a busy signal.

When I go to the Heart Center, or speak with an employee, I receive nothing but the highest standard of care in my opinion. Their answering service, on the other hand, is a nightmare. On 01/10/18 @ 9:01AM I called the Heart Center hoping to get through to the office. Although they are supposed to be open, I unfortunately for me, their answering service was still on. It rang repeatedly, necessitating I call back two additional times. When I got through I heard 'Answering Service place hold' and then silence. I was on hold for FIFTEEN full minutes before someone came back on the line. That is beyond unacceptable. What if this had been urgent (it wasn't).

During business hours, when you call in your INR (home testing) or call in a prescription, their VRU routes you to a mailbox, where you leave a message. Outside of business hours, you can't leave a message. Want to call in your INR at 7AM when you took it? Sorry, you have to wait 2.5 hours. Want to leave a message for a prescription refill in the evening when you took your last pill? Out of luck. Try again tomorrow mid morning.

Again, I like the office, but there should be a way to leave INR and prescription information outside of business hours.
