Terrible customer service. A receptionist told me I should just cancel my sons therapies because I informed them that he would be going through early steps in 30 days time. I never cance therapy unless my child is sick. If i am running late I reschedule for a later time the same day. However, this receptionist calls me and tells me (in a very rude tone of voice) "do you want to just cancel all his therapy now since hes going through early steps" and when I replied "No, he needs his therapy until he can start at early steps, I dont want him to go a month without therapy" she said "well I'm just saying since yuor always canceling might as well, but just let us know when we can cancel all his therapy sessions". I was very upset and didnt want to argue so I said ok and she hung up on me. I didnt take her name down but I dont feel comfortable taking my son there for another month or another day. ith the exception of a few of the SLPA's and an SLP that was very nice and great with my son, I would not recommend them based on this upsetting experience.
