They are excellent! Every time I order via email, I get a reply the same or next day saying Done from Phil Altman. And the product arrives within the next 2 days. Great product great service and great staff.
I did not find them to be responsive and they were expensive.
I highly recommend this pharmacy. Phil and staff have done a great job getting me my medication quickly and efficiently. Knowledgeable and great pharmacists takes time to explain everything to patients.

The Healthy Choice is a great pharmacy! I never need to remember about refills. They text me reminders when I'm running low asking if I want a refill. When I have a change in script they text me as well which is super convenient. Calling is sometimes inconvenient for me so it's super helpful that I can text them and the respond SO FAST!!

I have never been there in person and yet I feel there is a personal connection, concern and caring that is present in all my transactions. If I request refills or advice via website, voicemail left in the middle of the night or by phone the response has always been quick and accurate. Phil Altman's newsletter and support for Holistic and Wellness as complementary alternatives is always of interest and often of help. Mr Altman has also responded thoughtfully and with good suggestions if I've asked for guidance on supplements. A very long way to say they are great.

It is worth the trip to experience what it s like to have a pharmacy that interacts with the customer. The new pharmacies ( CVS, Rite Aid ,Walgreens, etc ) lack the personal care you get at The Healthy Choice Apothecary.

During the long power-outages in the Northeast after hurricaine Sandy, my dog suffered a ruptured disc in her spine. She needed a special pain medication made for her, it was not something any pharmacy carried in stock. The folks at the Healthy Choice pharmacy had no electricity, but they found a way to get the ingredients they needed from their supplier and made up her medication in the dark store. I will always be grateful to them for that.
I paid $85 for a prescription which was never delivered since August. I was told by a third party that Manager Phil Altman refused to give a refund; nor was able to track my package because it was past the time . Now I m out of $85 and my medicine as well. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

I could get a smoothie for $5 so why would I pay $6 (small) or $7.75 (large) for a smoothie at Healthy choice? The answer is, because it is much healthier for you and actually tastes great.
First of all, the Healthy Choice is really a juice bar with fresh, real ingredients, not a pre-mix potion of juice with sugar times 5!! without the fiber.
The juice drinks are surprisingly delicious. Yes, even the ones with Kale and spinach in them. Many mix in coconut water, almond milk and instead of whey you can get pea protein so total vegan. They also use filtered water as opposed to tap water so no extra free fluorine!!
My guess would be the Healthy Choice makes a lot lower profit than the $5 Smoothie place and if your goal was to feel good and increase life expectancy, this is the place to go.
The team there is absolutely great. They are highly responsive and compassionate. They work with you on your health goals like no other pharmacy that I have ever worked with
When choosing the right pharmacy to compound any of your needs, this is the place to go. The other pharmacy I was using (their compounding) made me break out in hives/rash and it would not go away. Their product was also making me ill.
I then, made the correct decision to switch back to Healthy Choice and the rash is nearly gone - in less than 5 days! I am also fully back to normal - the nausea is gone.
Worth every dollar, it's no accident that "CHOICE" is in their branding, my advice, make the right choice = Healthy Pharmacy.
Very upset about enormous price increase from $60 to $85 within one year for my compounded medication. The pharmacy rep did not bother to tell me on the phone about the increase, when I called for a refill. They shipped a little box of troches- size of a match box in the UPS 18X12x3 box, that could fit 100 of those, claiming the necessity of the same huge ice pack on my match size perception box.
To add assault to injury the owner suggested to break the price increase by month, so the amount will not sound as much.
I believe it is a terrible customer service indeed, and will recommend to look for another source for compounding medicine. It is exactly what I will do now.
Need not be this way Phil Altman.
