Did not provide a timely report, excuses of sick.....however when finally after multiple follow up it's filled with errors and instead then tries to enforce terms of trade of a report riddled with spelling errors that is an embarrassment to present my owners. For $616.00 please provide a professional report that can be used and not mocked. Best to skip and go to Mister Mould, performs a mould treatment as well as a quality report for well below Healthy Building Systems Australia Charges.
