Healthwise Pharmacy Review

Compounding pharmacy prescription is always 3 to 4 days short. In year that is over a month of prescription.

Be sure to leave your phone number, and someone will call you when your compounding prescription is ready. Sometimes it is ready the same day, and sometimes it takes 24 hours so be sure to call ahead. Staff is absolutely wonderful and courteous!

Would not suggest anyone to use this pharmacy. My boyfriend has been in pain for the past week waiting for them to compound his medicine, they don t return their phone calls, They could care less about customers, and then the only time they will finally move and do their job is when you threaten to send it to another pharmacy. The lady at the drive-through is rude as hell to and will tell you to leave they will call you when it s ready, terrible customer service. So just picked up his meds they told the pharmacy that I was trying to transfer it to that it s been ready for a week! They never called until today And every single day last week we called they told us a quit calling and they will call us when it s ready.

Great Pharmacy s I use Healthwise for my in house I.V. antibiotics, they are fantastic. I would recommend their Pharmacy to anyone looking for friendly fast service! Their staff is very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you Healthwise!

I'm not sure if it's COVID or not but you would think that because this is a smaller chain pharmacy ( compared to Walmart) that you would get better service. Calling is Useless because their open but they don't pick up
the phone retail or compound! The best way is KNOWING your prescription # and using the automated line. And with all that it still may not get filled! And always check your labels and pills it don't always match.

Compounding lab doesn't return phone calls, leaves you on hold, and they are yet to deliver anything on time. This is multiple occasions.

Came here to echo some of the other reviews. I had a prescription sent on a Friday afternoon for a compounded cream. Tomorrow will be one week and still no word from them. I have called and left messages. Nothing. I'm beyond frustrated with their slow service and total lack of communication. If you can find another compounding lab in Greenville, go with them instead.

One of the worst pharmacy I have seen in greenville. Irresponsible work by the pharmacists. Asked me to Wait for 1 hour and gave us others prescribed medicine when it is about to close the store even after checking the first name last name dob but all in vain . Need to suffer a lot without proper medicine for the whole night. Worst experience for me.

Update: Next day Maegan followed up with me the whole day and until the medicine reaches my hand. Gudos to Amenda too One bad day followed by a good day

Compounding lab NEVER returns calls. All prescription have taken at least 24 hours or longer to be ready. Left a message to verify they had received a script from Duke Eye Center, had to call 3 times to find out they don t make it there. Very poor follow thru and customer service. Hope I never have to use them again!!!

Very slow and rude. Only came here because we needed compound eye drops. Next time I'll just drive to Duke. Can't believe how slow and rude this place is. The pharmacist must just hate their job. I think her name was Amanda.
